GBCan we get zero stars Can we get zero stars? I place an order for a customer's vehicle over a week ago. Today I go to track ther order only to se that 1 they have canceled my order and 2 they still have my money. I called customer service to see I I could get some clarity and was told that the made a mistake on how much I was charged for shipping so they canceled my order all together. They didn't even take the time to call me to see if I would be willing to pay the difference do I could still get my parts on time. Never again these people have horrible customer care.

GBCaution Caution, this company uses deceptive marketing practices. Their website shows items sold in "kits" and uses pictures that show more items than what are included in the kit. They separately list what is included in the kit which may or may not include everything pictured. Their answer to this: "The pictures are only for reference, we list what's included." Deceptive practice. Be sure to read the description carefully and do NOT trust the pictures. You're out of luck if you don't read what's included carefully.

GBCARiD is running an unethical business CARiD is running an unethical business. I ordered a simple replacement part, and no taxes, or shipping were shown, until I submitted my order. A twenty eight dollar part, ended up costing me more than sixty four dollars! I was unable to cancel my order. YOU GOT ME ONCE...YOU WON'T GET ME AGAIN!!!! And I know a LOT of people!!

GBThis is our second purchase from… This is our second purchase from CarID/Spyder lighting. Both shipments were prompt and damage free although the packing could have been more thorough. There was a considerable amount of space left in the box that should've had void fill. Again, no damage, but you left most of the final condition up to UPS. I would be glad to discuss further based on my 20 years of experience in shipping and fulfillment, if you are interested.
