Rewritten shipping fee charge on a part that never shipped Ordered a headlight for my car. Next day I found out it wouldn't work so I canceled order. Asked for a refund and today they show the refund is started but they're charging me a return shipping fee. On a part they never had to ship. The restocking fee I get bit a retun shipping fee charge is ridiculous

He was knowledgeable, polite and professional; he quickly gained my respect as our phone conversation regarding my wheels progressed. I could tell he was experienced, genuinely cared about helping me... in short, he took my purchase seriously. I also want to give kudos to CARiD's website; it was user friendly. This company seems to care on every level.

CARiD is running an unethical business CARiD is running an unethical business. I ordered a simple replacement part, and no taxes, or shipping were shown, until I submitted my order. A twenty eight dollar part, ended up costing me more than sixty four dollars! I was unable to cancel my order. YOU GOT ME ONCE...YOU WON'T GET ME AGAIN!!!! And I know a LOT of people!!

This is our second purchase from… This is our second purchase from CarID/Spyder lighting. Both shipments were prompt and damage free although the packing could have been more thorough. There was a considerable amount of space left in the box that should've had void fill. Again, no damage, but you left most of the final condition up to UPS. I would be glad to discuss further based on my 20 years of experience in shipping and fulfillment, if you are interested.
