GBHorrible horrible horrible customer… Horrible horrible horrible customer service!! I was promised my item would be here by a certain date which was delayed by over a week. Which I needed it here cause I was selling the car!!! So then I try to return and they tell me i can send it back but I won’t receive my refund cause of the shipping cost which I then offered to pay the shipping cost, then they proceeded to tell no, you still wouldn’t get a refund . So the best you could do is try sell it to someone else!!! Absolutely do not use this company they are a total joke, and not to mention it wasn’t even the correct item to being with!!! This company should be shut the heck down!!!!!

GBCan we get zero stars Can we get zero stars? I place an order for a customer's vehicle over a week ago. Today I go to track ther order only to se that 1 they have canceled my order and 2 they still have my money. I called customer service to see I I could get some clarity and was told that the made a mistake on how much I was charged for shipping so they canceled my order all together. They didn't even take the time to call me to see if I would be willing to pay the difference do I could still get my parts on time. Never again these people have horrible customer care.

GBCustomer support on two occasions told… Customer support on two occasions told me brake pads are compatible with my car. My car has Carbon Ceramic rotors on the front and each rotor costs $4,500.00. After verifying with Brembo the pad part number I received I was told by Brembo these pads are not compatible with these rotors. CARiD customer support wouldn't let me RMA them even when it was their error to begin with... If Brembo tells me to not use these pads I can't take a risk at destroying my front rotors. I don't know why customer support doesn't seem t understand. I even sent them the email correspondence I had with Brembo Brakes...

GBOops, forgot to update my address. After placing my order, I forgot to update my address, so I contacted customer service and they were able to adjust and update my address. But you have to be quick, a day is too long to get them to communicate with their warehouse to fix the shipping. I spoke with Jim and he was able to submit my ticket and once it shipped I'm tracking and following it's progress. All's well and in good condition!

GBThis is our second purchase from… This is our second purchase from CarID/Spyder lighting. Both shipments were prompt and damage free although the packing could have been more thorough. There was a considerable amount of space left in the box that should've had void fill. Again, no damage, but you left most of the final condition up to UPS. I would be glad to discuss further based on my 20 years of experience in shipping and fulfillment, if you are interested.
