Terrible company… I'm still waiting on carid to send me the shipping labels they ship the wheels in 3 days but I still have the Wheels since April 8th 2024 to ship back to them for a refund. They sent the wrong Wheels, I was trying to stop it before they sent the wheels but they ignored me. Please don't do business with this company. They are terrible. I will write a review everyday until they go out of business. One person can't make a difference but it takes one time for you to experience what I'm going through. Terrible company

Hardware does not come with the mounts The mount itself was very good quality but was missed informed about the bolts i was told that they came with the mount but they didn't

Excellent Customer Service I had spent several days shopping for a few items that were difficult to find in budget. While asking Ed (in online customer service) at Carid about their first responder discounts, I was informed that the brand I was interested in did not participate in that or similar programs. However, Ed offered another discount that the manufacturer did allow and met my request for the purchase. I will continue to buy from Carid for customer service like this. Thank you, Ed and Carid! CARiD is running an unethical business CARiD is running an unethical business. I ordered a simple replacement part, and no taxes, or shipping were shown, until I submitted my order. A twenty eight dollar part, ended up costing me more than sixty four dollars! I was unable to cancel my order. YOU GOT ME ONCE...YOU WON'T GET ME AGAIN!!!! And I know a LOT of people!!

The rep I spoke with was very knowledgeable The rep I spoke with was very knowledgeable about my truck and making sure I had the right part. There were 2 different parts and she helped me understand why each of them would work and I was able to figure out with her help the right part for me. I will use them again many times.
