USIf I could this company would receive… If I could this company would receive -10 stars. I order rotors for my car in 9/2023 and I did not receive them until 2/2024. This is ridiculous and then to top it off I received the wrong order and when I contacted the company for a discount they told me they were unable to give anymore of discount than they already did when I purchased the rotors. I will be contacted BBB regarding this issue as you will notice on their website when you go to order the products will say in stock and then when you hit the purchase button it changes and their excuse is the products come from the manufacturer directly so it's not their issue. Never again will I use this business and I will be telling all my friends and family as well.

USBest customer service i’ve experienced from a company from an employee named John I needed some assistance in purchasing the correct brake pads for my 2016 BMW 340i due to there being so many options for my vehicle depending on trim levels. I spoke with an individual named John and received the best customer service someone can provide. He was very thorough in making sure he got me the correct pads. He explained everything with extreme detail in regard to pros and cons and comparisons between products. He also answered all my questions in full detail leaving me with no doubt with my decision. If you’re having trouble finding a part or have questions I would call the company and request John. He will ensure all your questions are answered and choose what is right for you and help you place your order as well. Company offers a ton of options and brands in regards to brake products I would give them 5/5 stars on product options as well as 5/5 stars in regard to customer service. Another great perk is this company offers first responder discounts. Thanks a lot John

USPoor Customer service Poor Customer service. Selected make, model, year on website. However the brake pads I received did not fit the OEM as their website is not program to be aware that the S-line model (has a different brake configuration). since it is over 30 days they would not accept my return. -Additionally their website says 4.8 stars however i could not leave a review on their website nor was their a link to do so in my order confirmation.

USDifficult Return Process Please do yourself a favor and read the fine print for returns. 20% restocking fee and customer is responsible for shipping cost on returns. Return process is lengthy and complicated. Will not be using this site again.
