USHorrible all around - NEGATIVE stars Horrible, non-existent customer servicing. Website is setup like $hit and over 3 weeks after order was placed NO ONE responded to my numerous calls, voicemails, texts and emails. LESS THAN ONE STAR DESRVED. Awful. Avoid at all costs!!!!! The "good reviews" are clearly BS.

USAudi RS7 (2018) Front Brakes! I drive an Audi RS7 (2018) and I spent a lot of time researching front brake parts after getting a crazy number from the Audi dealer. I checked a few online retailers and was confused. John and his staff answered all of my questions and recommended a complete parts listing so I can have the brakes installed at my local repair shop. USWrong brake parts shipped for my VW! I purchased brakes for my car after they confirmed the size and configuration. Tech support was very good. Unfortunately, the manufacturer they sell, Centric, was not at all helpful when they sent a kit with incorrect parts. Instead of resolving, they denied they were wrong. Had to return the whole order and buy the parts locally. Credit just posted 3 weeks later. Changed score to 3 stars as BuyBrakes isn't nearly as much at fault as Centric, although still believe they could have resolved with Centric.

USI needed a specific part for a brake… I needed a specific part for a brake kit and I needed it the next day, I had called numerous other suppliers and it wasn't until I got ahold of Adam at buybrakes.com. he was able to verify the part number, find the par I needed and even went as far to accommodate my poor phone signal and communicate with me via text message. This was one of the best experiences buying parts I have ever had and will always be returning to buybrakes.com. Thanks again for making this happen for me!

USThe rotors that were sent do not fit my… The rotors that were sent do not fit my car, they are too large and I did not order a big break kit. These were supposed to be direct OE replacements. The front rotors diameter are 1 and a half inch longer than OEM, whereas the rear rotors hat is too tall. With you guys being closed on the weekend, I'm going to have to wait until Monday until I can finally speak to somebody about this issue, and pray you guys correct this mistake.
