GBI’m very pleased how the website is… I’m very pleased how the website is very easy to operate, had a easy time finding the proper brakes I wanted for my vehicle. Although I am disappointed my brake kit hasn’t been shipped out a week from my purchased date even thought I paid close to $200 for shipping out to hawaii.

GBPaid for my order nine days ago and still hasn't shipped. Paid for my order nine days ago. Still no tracking number. From their website. "Shipping Information & Order Status" "Will you provide tracking information?" "Tracking numbers are sent after your order has processed and shipped. Tracking numbers are not sent during order confirmation. Please check your spam folder if you are expecting a tracking number and haven't received it. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a tracking number." 24-48 hours from when? It's like a be back in ten minutes sign on a locked up store. Won't be purchasing from this company again.

GBThe rotors that were sent do not fit my… The rotors that were sent do not fit my car, they are too large and I did not order a big break kit. These were supposed to be direct OE replacements. The front rotors diameter are 1 and a half inch longer than OEM, whereas the rear rotors hat is too tall. With you guys being closed on the weekend, I'm going to have to wait until Monday until I can finally speak to somebody about this issue, and pray you guys correct this mistake.

GBDifficult Return Process Please do yourself a favor and read the fine print for returns. 20% restocking fee and customer is responsible for shipping cost on returns. Return process is lengthy and complicated. Will not be using this site again.

GBSeveral months ago I bought front &… Several months ago I bought front & rear discs, calipers, pads and brake lines for my 2006 F150. This weekend upon starting the install I found that the front rotors I had been sent did not match (floating vs non). I reached out to BuyBrakes.com this morning and spoke with David in customer service. He jumped right in, started working the problem and asked if he could call me back shortly. I agreed, and about an hour later he reached out with a solution. Basically new hubs to accommodate the rotors I had been sent (which is an improved set up over factory and a Ford bulletin update) and I'm good to go! Thank you David and the BuyBrakes team!
