GBThank You, Thank You, Edgar Esparza quickly reviewed my request and sent me the information regarding new rotors for my 2017 Jaguar F-Pace. I appreciate him taking the time to get that out so quickly. Unfortunately the rear rotors are on back order and 5+ weeks out and those are needed immediately if not sooner. I will see if possibly someone else has them and if not will definitely contact BuyBrakes again. Thank you and Merry Christmas.

GBExcellent Customer Service Ordered brakes for multiple cars. Very fast shipping. One set of brakes did not fit. Checked the website along with the manufacturer’s website and both showed it was the correct brakes for the car. Called BuyBrakes and the associate helped find a different manufacturer brake pads that would fit the car. He placed an order for the replacement pads at no charge to make it right. It is nice to do business with an honest company who does care about their customers.

GBPoor Customer service Poor Customer service. Selected make, model, year on website. However the brake pads I received did not fit the OEM as their website is not program to be aware that the S-line model (has a different brake configuration). since it is over 30 days they would not accept my return. -Additionally their website says 4.8 stars however i could not leave a review on their website nor was their a link to do so in my order confirmation.

GBAwesome company David was awesome. Had some trouble finding the kit I wanted due to it not being in stock. He communicated with me everyday and updated me on how the search was going. He double checked everything twice to make sure it would fit properly. One of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend this company!

GBDifficult Return Process Please do yourself a favor and read the fine print for returns. 20% restocking fee and customer is responsible for shipping cost on returns. Return process is lengthy and complicated. Will not be using this site again.
