"Shipping Information & Order Status" "Will you provide tracking information?" "Tracking numbers are sent after your order has processed and shipped. Tracking numbers are not sent during order confirmation. Please check your spam folder if you are expecting a tracking number and haven't received it. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a tracking number." 24-48 hours from when? It's like a be back in ten minutes sign on a locked up store. Won't be purchasing from this company again.

GBSeveral months ago I bought front &… Several months ago I bought front & rear discs, calipers, pads and brake lines for my 2006 F150. This weekend upon starting the install I found that the front rotors I had been sent did not match (floating vs non). I reached out to BuyBrakes.com this morning and spoke with David in customer service. He jumped right in, started working the problem and asked if he could call me back shortly. I agreed, and about an hour later he reached out with a solution. Basically new hubs to accommodate the rotors I had been sent (which is an improved set up over factory and a Ford bulletin update) and I'm good to go! Thank you David and the BuyBrakes team!

GBStill waiting Haven’t ordered from Buy Brakes in awhile because they eliminated free shipping. They sent me a “come back to us coupon” so I figured what the heck. Well it’s been 2 weeks and according to customer service, my ordered has still not been processed even though it is in stock and they charged my credit card. This is totally unacceptable. I’ve ordered some other parts from a different company and they arrived 2 days ago on schedule. I’m a small garage that schedules work around promised delivery dates...can’t afford to loose customers on unnecessary delays.

GBbuybrakes.com is the company to go to. Period. Have bought from Buy Brakes in the past. The first time around was very unpleasant NO fault of buybrakes.com. They however, took extraordinary measures to correct the issue created by a third party vendor. Adam Hume is just an old school representative that makes absolutely sure you are taken care of regardless. Always responds without hesitation. Hard to find customer service this refined these days. Bought a stop tech bbk for my sons s65 m3 and now the Bilstein b6 damptronic. Money well spent with an absolutely outstanding representative, Adam Hume, and company. I see great things in the future for buybrakes.com.

GBBest customer service i’ve experienced from a company from an employee named John I needed some assistance in purchasing the correct brake pads for my 2016 BMW 340i due to there being so many options for my vehicle depending on trim levels. I spoke with an individual named John and received the best customer service someone can provide. He was very thorough in making sure he got me the correct pads. He explained everything with extreme detail in regard to pros and cons and comparisons between products. He also answered all my questions in full detail leaving me with no doubt with my decision. If you’re having trouble finding a part or have questions I would call the company and request John. He will ensure all your questions are answered and choose what is right for you and help you place your order as well. Company offers a ton of options and brands in regards to brake products I would give them 5/5 stars on product options as well as 5/5 stars in regard to customer service.
