Horrible all around - NEGATIVE stars Horrible, non-existent customer servicing. Website is setup like $hit and over 3 weeks after order was placed NO ONE responded to my numerous calls, voicemails, texts and emails. LESS THAN ONE STAR DESRVED. Awful. Avoid at all costs!!!!! The "good reviews" are clearly BS.

I’m very pleased how the website is… I’m very pleased how the website is very easy to operate, had a easy time finding the proper brakes I wanted for my vehicle. Although I am disappointed my brake kit hasn’t been shipped out a week from my purchased date even thought I paid close to $200 for shipping out to hawaii.

Audi RS7 (2018) Front Brakes! I drive an Audi RS7 (2018) and I spent a lot of time researching front brake parts after getting a crazy number from the Audi dealer. I checked a few online retailers and was confused. John and his staff answered all of my questions and recommended a complete parts listing so I can have the brakes installed at my local repair shop. Wrong brake parts shipped for my VW! I purchased brakes for my car after they confirmed the size and configuration. Tech support was very good. Unfortunately, the manufacturer they sell, Centric, was not at all helpful when they sent a kit with incorrect parts. Instead of resolving, they denied they were wrong. Had to return the whole order and buy the parts locally. Credit just posted 3 weeks later. Changed score to 3 stars as BuyBrakes isn't nearly as much at fault as Centric, although still believe they could have resolved with Centric.

Best customer service i’ve experienced from a company from an employee named John I needed some assistance in purchasing the correct brake pads for my 2016 BMW 340i due to there being so many options for my vehicle depending on trim levels. I spoke with an individual named John and received the best customer service someone can provide. He was very thorough in making sure he got me the correct pads. He explained everything with extreme detail in regard to pros and cons and comparisons between products. He also answered all my questions in full detail leaving me with no doubt with my decision. If you’re having trouble finding a part or have questions I would call the company and request John. He will ensure all your questions are answered and choose what is right for you and help you place your order as well. Company offers a ton of options and brands in regards to brake products I would give them 5/5 stars on product options as well as 5/5 stars in regard to customer service. Another great perk is this company offers first responder discounts. Thanks a lot John
