GBI’m very pleased how the website is… I’m very pleased how the website is very easy to operate, had a easy time finding the proper brakes I wanted for my vehicle. Although I am disappointed my brake kit hasn’t been shipped out a week from my purchased date even thought I paid close to $200 for shipping out to hawaii.

GBPoor Customer service Poor Customer service. Selected make, model, year on website. However the brake pads I received did not fit the OEM as their website is not program to be aware that the S-line model (has a different brake configuration). since it is over 30 days they would not accept my return. -Additionally their website says 4.8 stars however i could not leave a review on their website nor was their a link to do so in my order confirmation.

GBAudi RS7 (2018) Front Brakes! I drive an Audi RS7 (2018) and I spent a lot of time researching front brake parts after getting a crazy number from the Audi dealer. I checked a few online retailers and was confused. John and his staff answered all of my questions and recommended a complete parts listing so I can have the brakes installed at my local repair shop. GBThe rotors that were sent do not fit my… The rotors that were sent do not fit my car, they are too large and I did not order a big break kit. These were supposed to be direct OE replacements. The front rotors diameter are 1 and a half inch longer than OEM, whereas the rear rotors hat is too tall. With you guys being closed on the weekend, I'm going to have to wait until Monday until I can finally speak to somebody about this issue, and pray you guys correct this mistake.

GBIf I could this company would receive… If I could this company would receive -10 stars. I order rotors for my car in 9/2023 and I did not receive them until 2/2024. This is ridiculous and then to top it off I received the wrong order and when I contacted the company for a discount they told me they were unable to give anymore of discount than they already did when I purchased the rotors. I will be contacted BBB regarding this issue as you will notice on their website when you go to order the products will say in stock and then when you hit the purchase button it changes and their excuse is the products come from the manufacturer directly so it's not their issue. Never again will I use this business and I will be telling all my friends and family as well.
