Hassled me over not Specifying the vehicle in which the parts were for which is none of their business honestly. Then continued Delaying the order past the shipping time, in response to not telling them what they were for. Do not Order from these Thieves. They wont issue a refund after you have cancelled your order either!

Excellent Customer Service Ordered brakes for multiple cars. Very fast shipping. One set of brakes did not fit. Checked the website along with the manufacturer’s website and both showed it was the correct brakes for the car. Called BuyBrakes and the associate helped find a different manufacturer brake pads that would fit the car. He placed an order for the replacement pads at no charge to make it right. It is nice to do business with an honest company who does care about their customers.

Thank You, Thank You, Edgar Esparza quickly reviewed my request and sent me the information regarding new rotors for my 2017 Jaguar F-Pace. I appreciate him taking the time to get that out so quickly. Unfortunately the rear rotors are on back order and 5+ weeks out and those are needed immediately if not sooner. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a tracking number." 24-48 hours from when? It's like a be back in ten minutes sign on a locked up store. Won't be purchasing from this company again.
