Good product and good customer service. I received a smart cover tonneau cover. It had two small damaged areas on it and the customer service was great they sent me out a replacement right away. I would shop here again and recommend to a friend.

Hands down best customer service… Hands down best customer service experience I can recall. Called with an issue with my 12K gen 3 winch and to my surprise the customer care resolved and sent out the repair parts at no cost. Parts resolved my issue and I will never purchase any other brand winch do to the over the top service I received. Great product, great price, great service! Looked around at various replacement Jeep soft tops. Decided on Smittybilt for cost #1, but also for many strong reviews. You can spend a lot more somewhere else if you want, but for a standard replacement. You can't beet Smittybilt.

I have the smitybilt scout trailer and… I have the smitybilt scout trailer and was missing the special lug key for the wheels. I called smittybilt and informed them I was leaving on a wheeling trip the following Tuesday and needed wheels out on trailer to take it with. Quick and accurate. Bought the stainless step bars for my '12 DoubleCab Tacoma. I knew the bars for earlier models wouldn't fit. Mine fit well....meaning they sent me the correct item. Sounds simple, but sometimes these things go awry. Good product too. Only thing that would make it better? If they were made in the USA, not China. That's disappointing.
