Great product, great price, great service! Looked around at various replacement Jeep soft tops. Decided on Smittybilt for cost #1, but also for many strong reviews. You can spend a lot more somewhere else if you want, but for a standard replacement. You can't beet Smittybilt.

Hands down best customer service… Hands down best customer service experience I can recall. Called with an issue with my 12K gen 3 winch and to my surprise the customer care resolved and sent out the repair parts at no cost. Parts resolved my issue and I will never purchase any other brand winch do to the over the top service I received. Supporting their product shows me that they genuinely care about the customer and the reliability of there winches.AAA+++

I have the smitybilt scout trailer and… I have the smitybilt scout trailer and was missing the special lug key for the wheels. I called smittybilt and informed them I was leaving on a wheeling trip the following Tuesday and needed wheels out on trailer to take it with. They Shipped it for me on a Friday and had it on Saturday!! Awesome Smittybilt!! Thank you so much!!

I got my smittybilt fenders and body… I got my smittybilt fenders and body armour for my Jeep tj as a bday gift, and it was missing all the components for the them to be installed on my Jeep. I contacted smittybilt number which was on the box... they kept asking me for the invoice and address which I don’t not have as I got them as a gift for my birthday and I haven’t gotten a reply since then and it’s been well over two months now... Crap customer service... 👎🏼

Spiffied up my Jeep Wrangler Purchased Sure Steps and trailer hitch for my new Jeep Wrangler. They both fit perfectly and were easy to bolt right to the frame. All hardware was included with no missing nuts & bolts. Installation guide was very detailed for both. Both took a little over an hour to install. Saved a bunch of money by purchasing from Smittybilt Depot over what the dealer wanted to charge us for the two items. The Sure Steps are both functional and improve the look of my Wrangler. Ordering from Smittybilt Depot most definitely was the best way to go. Would definitely shop there again if the need arises.
