Very friendly customer service and did exactly what I asked After I put my order into Smittybuilt I rrecieved a call from the shipping or ordering dept. they said it would cost almost $500 to have my order shipped to Juneau Alaska. I asked them if they could deliver it to a Seattle barge company at a lower rate. Bottom line it only cost $50 for shipping. I bought a front bumper for a Toyota 4 runner in 1990. I was impressed with the quality then and I am more impressed now. This rear bumper I bought is freaking hot.

I have the smitybilt scout trailer and… I have the smitybilt scout trailer and was missing the special lug key for the wheels. I called smittybilt and informed them I was leaving on a wheeling trip the following Tuesday and needed wheels out on trailer to take it with. They Shipped it for me on a Friday and had it on Saturday!! Awesome Smittybilt!! Thank you so much!!

I can't review something I don't have. Seriously, graviously, disappointed. I deserve at least $100 off my purchase after several phone calls, many emails to a bad email address and still waiting 3 1/2 weeks later. If I had not already waited so long my business would have gone elsewhere. Poor customer service.

Spiffied up my Jeep Wrangler Purchased Sure Steps and trailer hitch for my new Jeep Wrangler. They both fit perfectly and were easy to bolt right to the frame. All hardware was included with no missing nuts & bolts. Installation guide was very detailed for both. Both took a little over an hour to install. Saved a bunch of money by purchasing from Smittybilt Depot over what the dealer wanted to charge us for the two items. The Sure Steps are both functional and improve the look of my Wrangler. Ordering from Smittybilt Depot most definitely was the best way to go. Would definitely shop there again if the need arises.
