GBDont waist your time!! I ordered a bikini top for my jeep, I called every week for 6 weeks and still no top. I talked to customer service and they treat you like a idiot because you are calling to see what happened to your order. They reponded every week " it will be in nexy week " I never got it and they honestly don't care if you tell them to cancel your order. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had tryin to buy a product online they suck!!

GBMy purchase of Smittybilt SRC rack for my Jeep TJ was fast and easy; I was surprised at how quickly the rack arrived. I can highly recommend the shopping with the SmittybiltDepot. The process of purchasing my SRC rack was quick and easy. I had estimated when I though it would arrive, and booked a day off to install it. To my surprice it was at my front door several days before then. My only down side has been with a question sent to both the Depot and Smittybilt; I inquired if it was possible to buy a 4th rail. In loading my kayak I need to keep it off my soft top, but the back rail is position so that it is impossible to do, I have had to improvise, a 4th rail mount at the back would solve this problem. No one has responded to my question.

GBI can't review something I don't have. Seriously, graviously, disappointed. I deserve at least $100 off my purchase after several phone calls, many emails to a bad email address and still waiting 3 1/2 weeks later. If I had not already waited so long my business would have gone elsewhere. Poor customer service.

GBHands down best customer service⦠Hands down best customer service experience I can recall. Called with an issue with my 12K gen 3 winch and to my surprise the customer care resolved and sent out the repair parts at no cost. Parts resolved my issue and I will never purchase any other brand winch do to the over the top service I received. Supporting their product shows me that they genuinely care about the customer and the reliability of there winches.AAA+++

GBI purchased a brand new Smittybilt X2O and damaged rope I purchased a brand new Smittybilt X20 12K. The winch was revived in good condition however on inspection of the rope a strand was found to be frayed. I sent pictures to Smittybilt and they were happy to send a new rope. However, I had to pay shipping for the return of the original rope even though it was a manufacture defect. They should have send a prepaid label in my opinion. So I am not happy and will never recommend any smittybilt product, EVER!!
