My purchase of Smittybilt SRC rack for my Jeep TJ was fast and easy; I was surprised at how quickly the rack arrived. I can highly recommend the shopping with the SmittybiltDepot. The process of purchasing my SRC rack was quick and easy. I had estimated when I though it would arrive, and booked a day off to install it. To my surprice it was at my front door several days before then. My only down side has been with a question sent to both the Depot and Smittybilt; I inquired if it was possible to buy a 4th rail. In loading my kayak I need to keep it off my soft top, but the back rail is position so that it is impossible to do, I have had to improvise, a 4th rail mount at the back would solve this problem. No one has responded to my question.

Unreal Nothing has went wrong with the winch and I have used it numbers of times, only thing that needs to be changed is you need to start sending decals with your products so we can show our support for your company on our rides

Great product, great price, great service! Looked around at various replacement Jeep soft tops. Decided on Smittybilt for cost #1, but also for many strong reviews. You can spend a lot more somewhere else if you want, but for a standard replacement. You can't beet Smittybilt.

I purchased a brand new Smittybilt X2O and damaged rope I purchased a brand new Smittybilt X20 12K. The winch was revived in good condition however on inspection of the rope a strand was found to be frayed. I sent pictures to Smittybilt and they were happy to send a new rope. However, I had to pay shipping for the return of the original rope even though it was a manufacture defect. They should have send a prepaid label in my opinion. So I am not happy and will never recommend any smittybilt product, EVER!!

I have the smitybilt scout trailer and… I have the smitybilt scout trailer and was missing the special lug key for the wheels. I called smittybilt and informed them I was leaving on a wheeling trip the following Tuesday and needed wheels out on trailer to take it with. They Shipped it for me on a Friday and had it on Saturday!! Awesome Smittybilt!! Thank you so much!!
