Hands down best customer service… Hands down best customer service experience I can recall. Called with an issue with my 12K gen 3 winch and to my surprise the customer care resolved and sent out the repair parts at no cost. Parts resolved my issue and I will never purchase any other brand winch do to the over the top service I received. Supporting their product shows me that they genuinely care about the customer and the reliability of there winches.AAA+++

I can't review something I don't have. Seriously, graviously, disappointed. I deserve at least $100 off my purchase after several phone calls, many emails to a bad email address and still waiting 3 1/2 weeks later. If I had not already waited so long my business would have gone elsewhere. Poor customer service.

Great product, great price, great service! Looked around at various replacement Jeep soft tops. Decided on Smittybilt for cost #1, but also for many strong reviews. You can spend a lot more somewhere else if you want, but for a standard replacement. You can't beet Smittybilt.

Good product and good customer service. I received a smart cover tonneau cover. It had two small damaged areas on it and the customer service was great they sent me out a replacement right away. I would shop here again and recommend to a friend.
