Called with an issue with my 12K gen 3 winch and to my surprise the customer care resolved and sent out the repair parts at no cost. Parts resolved my issue and I will never purchase any other brand winch do to the over the top service I received. Very friendly customer service and did exactly what I asked After I put my order into Smittybuilt I rrecieved a call from the shipping or ordering dept. they said it would cost almost $500 to have my order shipped to Juneau Alaska. I asked them if they could deliver it to a Seattle barge company at a lower rate. Bottom line it only cost $50 for shipping. I bought a front bumper for a Toyota 4 runner in 1990. I was impressed with the quality then and I am more impressed now. This rear bumper I bought is freaking hot.

My purchase of Smittybilt SRC rack for my Jeep TJ was fast and easy; I was surprised at how quickly the rack arrived. I can highly recommend the shopping with the SmittybiltDepot. The process of purchasing my SRC rack was quick and easy. I had estimated when I though it would arrive, and booked a day off to install it. To my surprice it was at my front door several days before then. My only down side has been with a question sent to both the Depot and Smittybilt; I inquired if it was possible to buy a 4th rail. In loading my kayak I need to keep it off my soft top, but the back rail is position so that it is impossible to do, I have had to improvise, a 4th rail mount at the back would solve this problem. No one has responded to my question.

I called smittybilt and informed them I was leaving on a wheeling trip the following Tuesday and needed wheels out on trailer to take it with. Great product, great price, great service! Looked around at various replacement Jeep soft tops. Decided on Smittybilt for cost #1, but also for many strong reviews. You can spend a lot more somewhere else if you want, but for a standard replacement. You can't beet Smittybilt.
