GBCharged my card then told me a ship date of next year! Ordered a Smitty Bilt t Hoist that was IN STOCK according to their web site. Sent me two emails over the next month apologizing for the shipping delay. Two more weeks pass and my card was charged for the hoist. I thought this was an indication that the hoist was shipped. called for tracking information and was informed item was on backorder and was expected to ship next year. Cancelled order but had to call three more times to get my card credited. By the way, website still indicates "IN STOCK, READY TO SHIP".

GBI can't review something I don't have. Seriously, graviously, disappointed. I deserve at least $100 off my purchase after several phone calls, many emails to a bad email address and still waiting 3 1/2 weeks later. If I had not already waited so long my business would have gone elsewhere. Poor customer service.

GBVery friendly customer service and did exactly what I asked After I put my order into Smittybuilt I rrecieved a call from the shipping or ordering dept. they said it would cost almost $500 to have my order shipped to Juneau Alaska. I asked them if they could deliver it to a Seattle barge company at a lower rate. Bottom line it only cost $50 for shipping. I bought a front bumper for a Toyota 4 runner in 1990. I was impressed with the quality then and I am more impressed now. This rear bumper I bought is freaking hot.

GBI purchased a brand new Smittybilt X2O and damaged rope I purchased a brand new Smittybilt X20 12K. The winch was revived in good condition however on inspection of the rope a strand was found to be frayed. I sent pictures to Smittybilt and they were happy to send a new rope. However, I had to pay shipping for the return of the original rope even though it was a manufacture defect. They should have send a prepaid label in my opinion. So I am not happy and will never recommend any smittybilt product, EVER!!

GBI have a brand new $200+ compressor… I have a brand new $200+ compressor that won't start and never has. I've emailed Smittybilt multiple times to get directions on how to return. They send a boilerplate Ticket number (that's different each time) and never answer my question. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of XRC bumpers and accessories but won't be in the future. These folks couldn't care less about customer service. As I write this, I am on minute 16:01 of being on hold. I'm hanging up now and won't ever buy Smittybilt again. l sent compressor back today but frankly I don't give a crap if they even replace it. Redrock 4Wheeler member and Utahn.
