Offering items for sale that are not available Attempted to buy a Smittybilt roll cage for my 2007 JK Wrangler. My credit card was charged for the full amount of order, then I was told the roll bar would not be available until "Sometime in the summer". I could not get a realistic date item would be available or a reason for it not being available. Had to have my account credited.

I called smittybilt and informed them I was leaving on a wheeling trip the following Tuesday and needed wheels out on trailer to take it with. They Shipped it for me on a Friday and had it on Saturday!! Awesome Smittybilt!! Thank you so much!!

Hands down best customer service… Hands down best customer service experience I can recall. Called with an issue with my 12K gen 3 winch and to my surprise the customer care resolved and sent out the repair parts at no cost. Parts resolved my issue and I will never purchase any other brand winch do to the over the top service I received. Supporting their product shows me that they genuinely care about the customer and the reliability of there winches.AAA+++

Dont waist your time!! I ordered a bikini top for my jeep, I called every week for 6 weeks and still no top. I talked to customer service and they treat you like a idiot because you are calling to see what happened to your order. They reponded every week " it will be in nexy week " I never got it and they honestly don't care if you tell them to cancel your order. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had tryin to buy a product online they suck!!

Great product, great price, great service! Looked around at various replacement Jeep soft tops. Decided on Smittybilt for cost #1, but also for many strong reviews. You can spend a lot more somewhere else if you want, but for a standard replacement. You can't beet Smittybilt.
