Good product and good customer service. I received a smart cover tonneau cover. It had two small damaged areas on it and the customer service was great they sent me out a replacement right away. I would shop here again and recommend to a friend.

I can't review something I don't have. Seriously, graviously, disappointed. I deserve at least $100 off my purchase after several phone calls, many emails to a bad email address and still waiting 3 1/2 weeks later. If I had not already waited so long my business would have gone elsewhere. Poor customer service.

I purchased a brand new Smittybilt X2O and damaged rope I purchased a brand new Smittybilt X20 12K. The winch was revived in good condition however on inspection of the rope a strand was found to be frayed. I sent pictures to Smittybilt and they were happy to send a new rope. However, I had to pay shipping for the return of the original rope even though it was a manufacture defect. They should have send a prepaid label in my opinion. So I am not happy and will never recommend any smittybilt product, EVER!!

Offering items for sale that are not available Attempted to buy a Smittybilt roll cage for my 2007 JK Wrangler. My credit card was charged for the full amount of order, then I was told the roll bar would not be available until "Sometime in the summer". I could not get a realistic date item would be available or a reason for it not being available. Had to have my account credited.

I have a brand new $200+ compressor… I have a brand new $200+ compressor that won't start and never has. I've emailed Smittybilt multiple times to get directions on how to return. They send a boilerplate Ticket number (that's different each time) and never answer my question. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of XRC bumpers and accessories but won't be in the future. These folks couldn't care less about customer service. As I write this, I am on minute 16:01 of being on hold. I'm hanging up now and won't ever buy Smittybilt again. l sent compressor back today but frankly I don't give a crap if they even replace it. Redrock 4Wheeler member and Utahn.
