I called smittybilt and informed them I was leaving on a wheeling trip the following Tuesday and needed wheels out on trailer to take it with. They Shipped it for me on a Friday and had it on Saturday!! Awesome Smittybilt!! Thank you so much!!

Great product, great price, great service! Looked around at various replacement Jeep soft tops. Decided on Smittybilt for cost #1, but also for many strong reviews. You can spend a lot more somewhere else if you want, but for a standard replacement. You can't beet Smittybilt.

Offering items for sale that are not available Attempted to buy a Smittybilt roll cage for my 2007 JK Wrangler. My credit card was charged for the full amount of order, then I was told the roll bar would not be available until "Sometime in the summer". I could not get a realistic date item would be available or a reason for it not being available. Had to have my account credited.

Hands down best customer service… Hands down best customer service experience I can recall. Called with an issue with my 12K gen 3 winch and to my surprise the customer care resolved and sent out the repair parts at no cost. Parts resolved my issue and I will never purchase any other brand winch do to the over the top service I received. Supporting their product shows me that they genuinely care about the customer and the reliability of there winches.AAA+++

I can't review something I don't have. Seriously, graviously, disappointed. I deserve at least $100 off my purchase after several phone calls, many emails to a bad email address and still waiting 3 1/2 weeks later. If I had not already waited so long my business would have gone elsewhere. Poor customer service.
