USBait and Switch Went online and followed instructions to prepare a price quote in advance. Printed paper and went to Wesley Chapel Toyota. Once there sales rep tells me the pin stripe, window tint, floor mats and a tracking device was already in car. I told him multiple times this wasn't mentioned online Wesley Chapel site. They reduced price for these extras from a little over $1500 to $500. I still believe this was a bait and switch. Buyers beware, when doing price quotes online with Wesley Chapel Toyota, they are going to charge for extras not mentioned online. They told me this crap is done to the cars when they receive them. It's bull, I asked for one without this extra crap and he tells me they don't have any. I drove over an hour to this place just to get items I didn't want pushed on me. I could've gone closer where I live and gotten crap I didn't want on my vehicle dumped on me. The vehicle was falsely described online and I think it's very sneaky, not to mention unethical.

USIrresponsible service department and… Irresponsible service department and management. Brought my truck in for service, they scratched it and did nothing to fix it. Shame on them.

USWestley Chapel Toyota (WCT) dont buy used Westley Chapel Toyota (WCT) Maybe ok to buy a new vehicle from because the Toyota nationwide warranty kicks in. Although getting a good deal from them on a new vehicle may be problematic. I would urge anyone thinking of buying a used vehicle from WCT to pass!! 1) WCT will sell you a vehicle with defective safety devices and tell you to have it fixed on your dime. 2) WCT will sell you a warranty that they do not honor. I would not trust a dealer that is dishonest for anything! If they lie they lie and cant be trusted! 3) WCT service department is a strict adherent to the “by guess or by golly” or the tried and true “replace and hope” troubleshooting method. They haven’t a clue. But that’s ok that it costs you for their “explorations”…refer to #2 they are making money so they are ok with this type of “service”. There is no after sale service you are on your own with used vehicles! I wonder what the state of Florida would think about #1?

USNew car Purchase I was in an accidental on May 22nd that unfortunately totaled my 2011 Prius. On May 23rd I contacted Michael Grega, told him I needed a new Prius. He got right on top of it. Called me back within minutes. Within 3 hours I was driving out of the dealership with a Brand new 2018 Prius. Michael Grega is a top notch representative of Wesley Chapel Toyota. He will be getting my future business.

USToyota Tacoma I recently purchased a new 2017 Toyota Tacoma from Wesley Chapel Toyota. My salesman name was Tony Cuomo. He was most helpful with finding the perfect vehicle to fit my desired needs. He was certainly nice and worked in a timely manner. My past experiences purchasing a vehicle it always seemed to take forever. Tony made my buying experience very enjoyable. I would most definitely recommend him and this dealership.
