GBUsed Certification trucks doesn't meant anything The sales manager asked me to come to the showroom for a used 2019 Toyota Tacoma. After a quick inspection, the truck looked fine; however, when I looked under the car then noticed it was completed rusted under the chassis (pics available) and every bolt and some engine parts. The truck came from the north, so that may explain why it was rusted. Sale team claimed that was nothing wrong with the rush, and they still claimed their trucks are 160 point professional inspected. I left since my trust went down to zero. Please, be careful out there since I don't think their precertification means anything.

GBWhat is going on with this company? What is going on with this company?! One of their employees found kittens at the Wesley Chapel location, called animal control to come pick it up, left work took it to Petco to try to give it up, gave the kitten to me willingly at Petco (verified by cops on Petco camera footage) then the employee as well as a manager of this company proceeded to call the cops on me for "stealing" the kitten although there were multiple witnesses that confirmed the kitten was given to me willingly. I never even stepped foot on Wesley Chapel Toyota's property ever yet their employees stated the company planned to pursue legal action against me for stealing, made a police report against me and even threatened to call DCF on me?! What in the world is this company about and what are they doing while they are working? I thought they sold cars, not kittens?

GBDeception and dishonesty Deception and dishonesty. After researching the vehicle online, I visited the dealership. The sleazy salesman had only been there 6 weeks, complaining that management had fired everyone “because of shady” practices. Well, I experienced their fraudulent practices firsthand. First, the online price was merely a bait-and-switch. At the sales manager’s direction, this newbie came back with a bid sheet $6000 more than the advertised price. The FL Attorney General’s office should be told of these scam artists. They’re liars. They’re dishonest. And, you should avoid this dealership.

GBA nightmare A nightmare! We were on vacation and everyone knew this? The rep mislead me, the parts rep ordered a part from Georgia (ETA 5 days) one was available within a 1 hour distance? The parts manager lied and mislead me. Made me wait 7 days while expressing my situation and concerns while on vacation. After the part was delivered they sent it back only to find another part 2 hours out? This kind of treatment to an unsuspecting consumer who put themselves at the mercy of these heartless misguided and mislead staff is appalling! All while patting themselves on the back for doing such a wonderful job, blaming me for the problems. Buyers be ware!
