Buyer Beware The contact phone number on the website doesn’t work. Can’t call anyone. These “HQ” located in London is an address to a different building. Actual location is a different company called micksgarage you can’t contact them either. Expect to pay import and export duties as they won’t tell you where your item is being shipped from. All’s well that ends well? As in other reviews, I purchased an item then only later realising it would be shipped from the ROI after receiving shipping information. Emailed the company being concerned with import duties, but only (to date) received an automated response. After reading reviews I was dreading how much extra I’d need to pay. The big surprise was that the item (kayak) arrived in 4 days with a sticker saying customs paid! I was expecting to have to pay around £100+ extra and write an appropriate review, but, based upon this purchase, I can only knock off one star for the stress over customs duties and lack of communication. I could take one more off, but in the end I’ve got my kayak quickly and at a very good price! Lucky?? I hope not and hope that this is the pattern in future…

Thumbs up from us! Take the negative reviews with a pinch of salt. Most of the neg reviews are in regards to car racks...which are notoriously difficult to fit correctly to your car. We bought a paddle board from here, and at first I was extremely concerned about how legit this company was and whether we were going to have issues due to the other reviews on here. We had no problems whatsoever. They do ship from Ireland but even so it arrived within the 2-5day time frame that was initially given. Although they are difficult/impossible to contact via phone, they reply to their emails pretty quickly. Our experience with this company has only been positive thus far.

Ordered a kayak from these jokers Ordered a kayak from these jokers. The order confirmation was the last thing i heard from them. Phone number leads only to a recorded message telling you contact can only be made via email. Contact via email gets an automated response back - but never anything more. The contact address is in London but they operate out of the Dublin area. Seems like an utter scam and will no doubt now have to wrangle with my credit card company to get my money back. My next thought is how to get trading standards on to these people. Dont be fooled by the slightly cheaper prices online - pay the extra with a reputable company and dont get anywhere near these fools.
