Actual location is a different company called micksgarage you can’t contact them either. Expect to pay import and export duties as they won’t tell you where your item is being shipped from. Thumbs up from us! Take the negative reviews with a pinch of salt. Most of the neg reviews are in regards to car racks...which are notoriously difficult to fit correctly to your car. We bought a paddle board from here, and at first I was extremely concerned about how legit this company was and whether we were going to have issues due to the other reviews on here. We had no problems whatsoever. They do ship from Ireland but even so it arrived within the 2-5day time frame that was initially given. Although they are difficult/impossible to contact via phone, they reply to their emails pretty quickly. Our experience with this company has only been positive thus far.

Can you give 0 stars Can you give 0 stars. This company is a disgrace and I recommend no one buys from them. I ordered roof bars which were supposed to arrive in 2-4 working day. 20 working days later they arrived which was 10 working days too late for my holiday. In the 20 day period I messaged to say it was now too late however I was advised that I had to accept and arrange a refund. I did and then I heard nothing in response to my request for a refund for 2 weeks. Today I have finally received a convoluted explanation regarding returns which states they need to be returned 30 days from date of purchase! Avoid this terrible company.

Avoid at all costs Avoid at all costs! I recently bought roof bars. The item was incorrect for my vehicle and the the online advertising misleading. Trying to return the item has been disastrous. Items need to be returned to their parent company, Mick's garage, based in Dublin. My item has been stuck in Irish customs for 11 days with no notification that an extra customs charge of €43 was required to release the item. On top of the £27 postage fee. Also, no guarantee that I will be refunded as the 14 day returns policy has lapsed. Honestly, avoid.
