GBOrdered from this company Ordered from this company, order was dispatched within 2 days of order but no further information regarding it. Tracked it and it was sat at Heathrow for 6 days, then apparently was attempted to deliver on the but I had no email to say that it was out for delivery or couldn’t be delivered and no attempt at delivery to my address. Has now apparently been sent back to the company but that was 20 days ago so not holding out much hope.

GBDreadful Do read and take note of previous reviews. This company is dreadful. Operates under several names, no contact phone number, listed as a London address but operating out of Ireland. Ordered an item, received a tracking number but didn’t work when I went onto the courier website (random courier that isn’t well known). Sent 3 emails to Car Racks customer service and got no response. Was about to open a query with PayPal, 10 days later my order suddenly arrived, after the date I needed it for. Too late to use the items now but can’t be bothered with the battle to try and return as there’s just no response from these cowboys! Pay a bit more and buy from a reputable business.

GBVery poor service Don't trust the fake 5star reviews! Ordered 1set of roof bars for my car. I received 2 sets. One that doesn't fit and one set that is missing parts to fit it. The phone no. is an answer phone message and the email so far has only generated a general response not related to my order. An update: I've had a response to my query 2 days after my email. They have asked for pictures of the problem. They sent me the wrong stuff what do they want pictures for? I sent the pictures straight away. No response! I've asked for a refund.... No response. Very poor service.

GBNon Existent Returns Policy Absolutely terrible. Bought Qashqai racks which were delivered to wrong address and eventually turned up after Parcel Force chased the package down. I’d already bought another set from a different supplier and asked to return the racks which turned up late under their “no quibble” returns policy in unopened packaging and within 28 days of receipt. Zero responses to emails, no calls answered or returned and I ended up with a second set of bars that were now useless. Wouldn’t touch this lot again.

GBWasnt very hopeful of receiving my… Wasnt very hopeful of receiving my kayak paddle after reading some of the reviews here but it turned up ok. It was a bit slow and comms not brilliant but a good peice of equipment at a really good price.
