Dissapointed! Ordered a set of roof bars 14 days ago… Ordered a set of roof bars 13 days ago and the dispatch timescale was 2-3 working days. 5 days passes and no dispatch notification so I put a contact request through the website and got a response the item was out of stock but there was an alternative. Replied almost immediately to ask if there was a price difference and to ask for dispatch timescale. this was 8 days ago. Haven't had a response from the company since and no dispatch notification. I paid by credit card but can't dispute the transaction until 30days has passed. This is not good customer service and I need those roof bars! @carracks.co.uk contact me and get this resolved and I will consider revising my review and rating!

Buyer Beware The contact phone number on the website doesn’t work. Can’t call anyone. These “HQ” located in London is an address to a different building. Actual location is a different company called micksgarage you can’t contact them either. Expect to pay import and export duties as they won’t tell you where your item is being shipped from. Thumbs up from us! Take the negative reviews with a pinch of salt. Most of the neg reviews are in regards to car racks...which are notoriously difficult to fit correctly to your car. We bought a paddle board from here, and at first I was extremely concerned about how legit this company was and whether we were going to have issues due to the other reviews on here. We had no problems whatsoever. They do ship from Ireland but even so it arrived within the 2-5day time frame that was initially given. Although they are difficult/impossible to contact via phone, they reply to their emails pretty quickly. Our experience with this company has only been positive thus far.

Can you give 0 stars Can you give 0 stars. This company is a disgrace and I recommend no one buys from them. I ordered roof bars which were supposed to arrive in 2-4 working day. 20 working days later they arrived which was 10 working days too late for my holiday. In the 20 day period I messaged to say it was now too late however I was advised that I had to accept and arrange a refund. I did and then I heard nothing in response to my request for a refund for 2 weeks. Today I have finally received a convoluted explanation regarding returns which states they need to be returned 30 days from date of purchase! Avoid this terrible company.

Scam company AVOID Scam company AVOID Order ref -CR6028 Company take payment for items that are not in stock , no communication, had to constantly chase via email as phone lines are fake and not answered . Only got my money back because I payed via PayPal and raised a claim against them . Please don’t use this Irish based firm , there are plenty of other companies who are are legitimate
