Can you give 0 stars Can you give 0 stars. This company is a disgrace and I recommend no one buys from them. I ordered roof bars which were supposed to arrive in 2-4 working day. 20 working days later they arrived which was 10 working days too late for my holiday. In the 20 day period I messaged to say it was now too late however I was advised that I had to accept and arrange a refund. I did and then I heard nothing in response to my request for a refund for 2 weeks. Today I have finally received a convoluted explanation regarding returns which states they need to be returned 30 days from date of purchase! Avoid this terrible company.

Only got my money back because I payed via PayPal and raised a claim against them . Please don’t use this Irish based firm , there are plenty of other companies who are are legitimate

Buyer Beware The contact phone number on the website doesn’t work. Can’t call anyone. These “HQ” located in London is an address to a different building. Actual location is a different company called micksgarage you can’t contact them either. Expect to pay import and export duties as they won’t tell you where your item is being shipped from. Ordered a kayak from these jokers Ordered a kayak from these jokers. The order confirmation was the last thing i heard from them. Phone number leads only to a recorded message telling you contact can only be made via email. Contact via email gets an automated response back - but never anything more. The contact address is in London but they operate out of the Dublin area. Seems like an utter scam and will no doubt now have to wrangle with my credit card company to get my money back. My next thought is how to get trading standards on to these people. Dont be fooled by the slightly cheaper prices online - pay the extra with a reputable company and dont get anywhere near these fools.

Avoid at all costs Avoid at all costs! I recently bought roof bars. The item was incorrect for my vehicle and the the online advertising misleading. Trying to return the item has been disastrous. Items need to be returned to their parent company, Mick's garage, based in Dublin. My item has been stuck in Irish customs for 11 days with no notification that an extra customs charge of €43 was required to release the item. On top of the £27 postage fee. Also, no guarantee that I will be refunded as the 14 day returns policy has lapsed. Honestly, avoid.
