Good service and better than reviews… Good service and better than reviews suggest. The company is UK registered but clearly ships from Ireland so be careful if good are over the VAT limit. Delivery takes a bit longer 4 days but the price is so good it was worth it. My goods were all in good order, customs marked properly so no import charges and delivered with tracking from Irish post system and Parcelforce.

Very poor service Don't trust the fake 5star reviews! Ordered 1set of roof bars for my car. I received 2 sets. One that doesn't fit and one set that is missing parts to fit it. The phone no. is an answer phone message and the email so far has only generated a general response not related to my order. An update: I've had a response to my query 2 days after my email. They have asked for pictures of the problem. They sent me the wrong stuff what do they want pictures for? I sent the pictures straight away. No response! I've asked for a refund.... No response. Very poor service.

Don't trust delivery times! Don't trust delivery times! Non-existent customer service and 0 responsibility for huge delivery delays. Took me going through 3 different delivery company's to find where my order was. Thankfully I managed to go and collect it which made it worth while but I couldn't speak to any one. When I did try to call it went through to a different company's email address. A bit dodgy but I did get my order - through no help of Car Racks!

Non Existent Returns Policy Absolutely terrible. Bought Qashqai racks which were delivered to wrong address and eventually turned up after Parcel Force chased the package down. I’d already bought another set from a different supplier and asked to return the racks which turned up late under their “no quibble” returns policy in unopened packaging and within 28 days of receipt. Zero responses to emails, no calls answered or returned and I ended up with a second set of bars that were now useless. Wouldn’t touch this lot again.
