GBDon't trust delivery times! Don't trust delivery times! Non-existent customer service and 0 responsibility for huge delivery delays. Took me going through 3 different delivery company's to find where my order was. Thankfully I managed to go and collect it which made it worth while but I couldn't speak to any one. When I did try to call it went through to a different company's email address. A bit dodgy but I did get my order - through no help of Car Racks!

GBScam company AVOID Scam company AVOID Order ref -CR6028 Company take payment for items that are not in stock , no communication, had to constantly chase via email as phone lines are fake and not answered . Only got my money back because I payed via PayPal and raised a claim against them . Please don’t use this Irish based firm , there are plenty of other companies who are are legitimate

GBTrouble free purchase I was surprised that the parcel tracking stated that the parcel started its journey in Dublin, but it arrived within the 4 days quoted by Car Racks and no import duty was owed. The rack itself looks good quality for the price.

GBTop firm Top firm. I ordered a kayak on the 25/2/24 and it appeared at my door on the 28/2/24 in perfect brand new condition. Got my aqua marina memba 330 Kayak for £60.00 less than what other sellers were selling it for online and there was no delivery fee. Definitely using car racks again, and thanks to Ryan and the team for such a great experience and really making my day.

GBVery poor service Don't trust the fake 5star reviews! Ordered 1set of roof bars for my car. I received 2 sets. One that doesn't fit and one set that is missing parts to fit it. The phone no. is an answer phone message and the email so far has only generated a general response not related to my order. An update: I've had a response to my query 2 days after my email. They have asked for pictures of the problem. They sent me the wrong stuff what do they want pictures for? I sent the pictures straight away. No response! I've asked for a refund.... No response. Very poor service.
