We have owned our Qualitex DeLeon… We have owned our Qualitex DeLeon recliners for two years. We just recently noticed there was peeling and cracking on the arms/back/seat of these recliners. I thought it was “leather” due to the mention of “Deluxe Leather” and reached out to a leather restoration company. Their response surprised me telling me that this is vinyl…we also purchased a protection policy that declined our request for repair stating that I did not report it within the 30 day period. Very disappointed, still looking for some feedback from either Shop4Seats or Qualitex.

Don't order unless you have 3 months to wait Purchased 2 captain chairs for our class A RV that i thought were leather. They are not. Would have been nice to actually know that without searching their site for a definition of leather. Waited 3 months for delivery. Went to install the seats the passenger seat fit with some adjustments to the bolts but the drivers seat needs a special mount because we purchased a 6 way adjustable motor. Called to get special base and was told 8 weeks for delivery. Thats insane. Why didn't someone call from the shop after the order was placed to check on the base. Had i known it needed a special base i would have ordered it then. 8 weeks is estimate for delivery. I guess everything they make comes from china.

"Great" Shop 4 Seats Dario was great meeting with us when we visited the showroom and showing and explaining the captains chairs to us even though he's not actually on the sales staff. Clara did a great job clarifying information to the questions we had after we got home and handling our contract online. It has been a pleasure (so far) dealing with Shop4Seats.com for new RV Captains Chairs.

Buyer Beware! Horrible Customer Service Save your money and buy with a company who provides customer service after the sale. The mounting bracket did not fit for the seats we purchased for our show truck. Contacted the company Oct 5 with assurance from Meagan our concern would be expedited for someone to contact us. They do not have a department or personal who can answer and assist with installation problems. We were told the company recommends the seats to be professionally installed. But if the bracket isn’t built to fit right then a professional installer doesn’t help.

Cheap construction, not DOT certified, horrible customer service. We ordered a sprinter van couch, the Princess, last December and it came in March. The quality was marginal, very thin padding and not very comfortable. The seatbelts came with it but had to be attached separately to the van itself. The seat is flimsy and obviously could not support 3 or even 2 people in a crash. So the problem is the seat is not DOT certified, as it says on the website, and multiple calls to the shop4seats went unanswered. We cannot use the seat as it would not pass DOT inspection. I would use another company for RV seats
