We are pleased with our decision to… We are pleased with our decision to sign up with Liberty Bell Auto for an extended warranty for our Ford Edge. Once our factory warranty expired, we wanted to avoid any future unexpected auto repair bills. As a retired couple, we will not be able to afford it. We recently had to file a claim for a defective sunroof motor and they entirely covered the cost. Liberty Bell has very reasonably priced warranty plans. So their warranty did save money.

ZERO STARS ZERO STARS. I tried to file a claim several months ago and it was not covered - to be fair, the item was not listed in the contract, BUT you shouldn't say its "bumper to bumper" - thats MISLEADING advertising. Anyway, another issue has come up, and now their mailbox is full! I've been trying to call for 4 days & reading others comments. I had a feeling this place was a piece of crap and now it's been verified. Stay away! This may demand legal action.. pos salesman I dealt with last year, shame on you.

SCAM!! SCAM!!! Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Filed for bankruptcy and now a lot of ppl are out of money. Including me for over $2300. Try filling a chargeback from bank . Good luck

He's definitely a professional and knows what he's selling to customer and he cares, doesn't pressure you to make a decision. I've called back just to ask simple questions and if he didn't answer he would call back shortly after. Thanks Jeff

I found out about Liberty Bell Auto… I found out about Liberty Bell Auto Protect from my son, John Fields, who had recently purchased a high quality used car and investigated several companies and decided to sign a contract for protection of his car with Liberty Bell. He gave me the name of Frank Moore and I was able to contact him directly. Frank was able to explain what the company could offer and sent plenty of information for me to review. He was careful and sensitive about explaining everything and it did not take me long to make it official and sign the contact and start the project.
