GBNormal Wear & Tear! Denied I purchased a Platinum Prime, max coverage, at the time I purchased a 2015 LR4 w/ 25k miles in 10/20. My tire dealer found a vibration I was experiencing was due to worn lower control arms @ 33k miles. Dealer and all other prevailing authorities advise that the service life of lower control arms are between 90-100k. Liberty Bell denied claim as "normal wear & tear". Was told by dealership that no service industry considers the control arms a wear item. Waiting to hear back from Claims Manager! Now 2 weeks later and Claims manager has not returned any of my calls. They wont reject the claim in writing, only via phone call so that there is not documentation.

GBI found out about Liberty Bell Auto… I found out about Liberty Bell Auto Protect from my son, John Fields, who had recently purchased a high quality used car and investigated several companies and decided to sign a contract for protection of his car with Liberty Bell. He gave me the name of Frank Moore and I was able to contact him directly. Frank was able to explain what the company could offer and sent plenty of information for me to review. He was careful and sensitive about explaining everything and it did not take me long to make it official and sign the contact and start the project. I feel comfortable with this agreement for the next five years. Larry Fields

GBLiberty Bell Auto Protect US Auto Administrators, Inc, dba Liberty Bell Auto Protect, has declared Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. We poor saps who paid for extended warranties are just small fish in a long line of creditors. Down the road we may get pennies back if we file a claim, but this is probably money down the drain.
