Normal Wear & Tear! Denied I purchased a Platinum Prime, max coverage, at the time I purchased a 2015 LR4 w/ 25k miles in 10/20. My tire dealer found a vibration I was experiencing was due to worn lower control arms @ 33k miles. Dealer and all other prevailing authorities advise that the service life of lower control arms are between 90-100k. Liberty Bell denied claim as "normal wear & tear". Was told by dealership that no service industry considers the control arms a wear item. Waiting to hear back from Claims Manager! Now 2 weeks later and Claims manager has not returned any of my calls. They wont reject the claim in writing, only via phone call so that there is not documentation.

I was unhappy with the policy I… I was unhappy with the policy I purchased from Liberty Bell Auto Protect. Did not end up covering any repair I had incurred whilst insured, even though I had initially been led to believe otherwise by their salesperson. However, I am happy to report that Liberty Bell Auto Protect agreed to refund 100% of my purchase of said policy in full. This was much appreciated. Brian R

I have only recently purchased my auto… I have only recently purchased my auto protection program and have not needed to file any claims. The representative was very helpful in providing information as to select the best plan for me. I was also given a $0 deductible for payment in full. I hope that if the need to file claims arizies that Liberty Bell Auto is there for me without any issues or delay. Currently l have the peace of mind knowing l am covered for any repairs on my investment and needed transportation.

Last year my factory warranty expired… Last year my factory warranty expired and needed a extended warranty for my jeep Cherokee. So got their best warranty plan for next 3 years. Recently did use their warranty in my local dealership. Liberty bell covered my claim without any issues. Their claims dept was helpful.
