GBDo a chargeback on your credit card. Worked for me! Do a chargeback on your credit card. Mine was just approved. I purchased the warranty in October 2020 for $2750. Never used it. Submitted charge-back request to my card issuer in December 2021 for failure to provide services paid for. It was approved yesterday. Be sure you can demonstrate that you attempted to contact the vendor to resolve the dispute. Telephone and email. Neither works anymore. Good luck!

GBRipped Off!!!! Filed Complaints!! I am giving this 2 stars as Liberty did approve through my mechanic the warranty work to be performed but like others I tried contacting them through e-mails & useless calls to no avail. Thankfully my mechanic did not start the work to be performed as at this point I will tell him not to until this mess gets figured out... Confirmed out of business! I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau & more importantly the NJ Consumer Affairs Division (Bergen County).

GBI have only recently purchased my auto… I have only recently purchased my auto protection program and have not needed to file any claims. The representative was very helpful in providing information as to select the best plan for me. I was also given a $0 deductible for payment in full. I hope that if the need to file claims arizies that Liberty Bell Auto is there for me without any issues or delay. Currently l have the peace of mind knowing l am covered for any repairs on my investment and needed transportation.

GBLast year my factory warranty expired… Last year my factory warranty expired and needed a extended warranty for my jeep Cherokee. So got their best warranty plan for next 3 years. Recently did use their warranty in my local dealership. Liberty bell covered my claim without any issues. Their claims dept was helpful.
