GBDisgruntled Vereran I am a 25 year military veteran who purchased this policy to protect my family while deployed. We recently had our transmission go out on our suburban and Liberty Bell is slow rolling everything - cannot get an “inspector” out to verify the damaged component, they will not return my calls or the dealership’s calls. We have been out a vehicle now for almost 3 weeks and have no end insight. *Liberty Bell leadership - please make this right and take action.

GBZERO STARS ZERO STARS. I tried to file a claim several months ago and it was not covered - to be fair, the item was not listed in the contract, BUT you shouldn't say its "bumper to bumper" - thats MISLEADING advertising. Anyway, another issue has come up, and now their mailbox is full! I've been trying to call for 4 days & reading others comments. I had a feeling this place was a piece of crap and now it's been verified. Stay away! This may demand legal action.. pos salesman I dealt with last year, shame on you.

GBMy sales rep Jeff Lewis was very… My sales rep Jeff Lewis was very informative about the warranty i choose, courteous and kind. He's definitely a professional and knows what he's selling to customer and he cares, doesn't pressure you to make a decision. I've called back just to ask simple questions and if he didn't answer he would call back shortly after. Thanks Jeff

GBWe are pleased with our decision to… We are pleased with our decision to sign up with Liberty Bell Auto for an extended warranty for our Ford Edge. Once our factory warranty expired, we wanted to avoid any future unexpected auto repair bills. As a retired couple, we will not be able to afford it. We recently had to file a claim for a defective sunroof motor and they entirely covered the cost. Liberty Bell has very reasonably priced warranty plans. So their warranty did save money.
