I found out about Liberty Bell Auto… I found out about Liberty Bell Auto Protect from my son, John Fields, who had recently purchased a high quality used car and investigated several companies and decided to sign a contract for protection of his car with Liberty Bell. He gave me the name of Frank Moore and I was able to contact him directly. Frank was able to explain what the company could offer and sent plenty of information for me to review. He was careful and sensitive about explaining everything and it did not take me long to make it official and sign the contact and start the project. Last year my factory warranty expired… Last year my factory warranty expired and needed a extended warranty for my jeep Cherokee. So got their best warranty plan for next 3 years. Recently did use their warranty in my local dealership. Liberty bell covered my claim without any issues. Their claims dept was helpful.

First Rate coverage First off, Greg was a true professional. I shopped the market and found Liberty Bell Auto has by far the best coverage at the most competitive price. I just bought a 2005 jaguar xj and found with the other car warranty companies they would only cover a small portion of car. Liberty Bell Auto covered everything bumper to bumper. They also covered the car with a longer mileage coverage than any other warranty company. I would strongly recommend this company for a warranty plan.

Someone contact me please! My car is currently in the service department at the dealership but neither my technician nor myself can get in touch with anyone to file a claim. They will not answer the phone, been trying to call since Thursday. I even stayed on hold determined to speak to someone today and was disconnected after holding 4 hours. So I tried to email sales, support, info and claims but so far no one has responded. If I press 1, I get someone but it is only an answering service who cannot tell me anything or provide me with any names or direct numbers. They have taken my information twice now and assured me someone would be in touch, but I still have not received a call back.
