GBLiberty Bell Auto Protect is a scam Liberty Bell Auto Protect is a scam. I bought a Platinum Prime agreement from them, which provides bumper to bumper coverage. Two months later my car broke down, I called and emailed Liberty Bell to get help, the phone number does not work and I have not gotten an email response in almost two weeks....Nothing, no communication. They stole almost $2k from me. Beware, don't make the same mistake I did.

GBDisgruntled Vereran I am a 25 year military veteran who purchased this policy to protect my family while deployed. We recently had our transmission go out on our suburban and Liberty Bell is slow rolling everything - cannot get an “inspector” out to verify the damaged component, they will not return my calls or the dealership’s calls. We have been out a vehicle now for almost 3 weeks and have no end insight. *Liberty Bell leadership - please make this right and take action.

GBZERO STARS ZERO STARS. I tried to file a claim several months ago and it was not covered - to be fair, the item was not listed in the contract, BUT you shouldn't say its "bumper to bumper" - thats MISLEADING advertising. Anyway, another issue has come up, and now their mailbox is full! I've been trying to call for 4 days & reading others comments. I had a feeling this place was a piece of crap and now it's been verified. Stay away! This may demand legal action.. pos salesman I dealt with last year, shame on you.

GBDo a chargeback on your credit card. Worked for me! Do a chargeback on your credit card. Mine was just approved. I purchased the warranty in October 2020 for $2750. Never used it. Submitted charge-back request to my card issuer in December 2021 for failure to provide services paid for. It was approved yesterday. Be sure you can demonstrate that you attempted to contact the vendor to resolve the dispute. Telephone and email. Neither works anymore. Good luck!

GBNormal Wear & Tear! Denied I purchased a Platinum Prime, max coverage, at the time I purchased a 2015 LR4 w/ 25k miles in 10/20. My tire dealer found a vibration I was experiencing was due to worn lower control arms @ 33k miles. Dealer and all other prevailing authorities advise that the service life of lower control arms are between 90-100k. Liberty Bell denied claim as "normal wear & tear". Was told by dealership that no service industry considers the control arms a wear item. Waiting to hear back from Claims Manager! Now 2 weeks later and Claims manager has not returned any of my calls. They wont reject the claim in writing, only via phone call so that there is not documentation.
