GBLast year my factory warranty expired… Last year my factory warranty expired and needed a extended warranty for my jeep Cherokee. So got their best warranty plan for next 3 years. Recently did use their warranty in my local dealership. Liberty bell covered my claim without any issues. Their claims dept was helpful.

GBRipped Off!!!! Filed Complaints!! I am giving this 2 stars as Liberty did approve through my mechanic the warranty work to be performed but like others I tried contacting them through e-mails & useless calls to no avail. Thankfully my mechanic did not start the work to be performed as at this point I will tell him not to until this mess gets figured out... Confirmed out of business! I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau & more importantly the NJ Consumer Affairs Division (Bergen County).

GBSomeone contact me please! My car is currently in the service department at the dealership but neither my technician nor myself can get in touch with anyone to file a claim. They will not answer the phone, been trying to call since Thursday. I even stayed on hold determined to speak to someone today and was disconnected after holding 4 hours. So I tried to email sales, support, info and claims but so far no one has responded. If I press 1, I get someone but it is only an answering service who cannot tell me anything or provide me with any names or direct numbers. They have taken my information twice now and assured me someone would be in touch, but I still have not received a call back.

GBI was unhappy with the policy I… I was unhappy with the policy I purchased from Liberty Bell Auto Protect. Did not end up covering any repair I had incurred whilst insured, even though I had initially been led to believe otherwise by their salesperson. However, I am happy to report that Liberty Bell Auto Protect agreed to refund 100% of my purchase of said policy in full. This was much appreciated. Brian R

GBNormal Wear & Tear! Denied I purchased a Platinum Prime, max coverage, at the time I purchased a 2015 LR4 w/ 25k miles in 10/20. My tire dealer found a vibration I was experiencing was due to worn lower control arms @ 33k miles. Dealer and all other prevailing authorities advise that the service life of lower control arms are between 90-100k. Liberty Bell denied claim as "normal wear & tear". Was told by dealership that no service industry considers the control arms a wear item. Waiting to hear back from Claims Manager! Now 2 weeks later and Claims manager has not returned any of my calls. They wont reject the claim in writing, only via phone call so that there is not documentation.
