I recently received a letter notifying me that Liberty Bell Auto Protect(US Auto Administrators LLC) filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. If this company had no insurance, then all of us who bought a warranty will probably get nothing.

Two months later my car broke down, I called and emailed Liberty Bell to get help, the phone number does not work and I have not gotten an email response in almost two weeks....Nothing, no communication. They stole almost $2k from me. Beware, don't make the same mistake I did.

Submitted charge-back request to my card issuer in December 2021 for failure to provide services paid for. It was approved yesterday. Be sure you can demonstrate that you attempted to contact the vendor to resolve the dispute. Telephone and email. Neither works anymore. Good luck!

I have only recently purchased my auto… I have only recently purchased my auto protection program and have not needed to file any claims. The representative was very helpful in providing information as to select the best plan for me. I was also given a $0 deductible for payment in full. I hope that if the need to file claims arizies that Liberty Bell Auto is there for me without any issues or delay. Currently l have the peace of mind knowing l am covered for any repairs on my investment and needed transportation.

ZERO STARS ZERO STARS. I tried to file a claim several months ago and it was not covered - to be fair, the item was not listed in the contract, BUT you shouldn't say its "bumper to bumper" - thats MISLEADING advertising. Anyway, another issue has come up, and now their mailbox is full! I've been trying to call for 4 days & reading others comments. I had a feeling this place was a piece of crap and now it's been verified. Stay away! This may demand legal action.. pos salesman I dealt with last year, shame on you.
