Submitted charge-back request to my card issuer in December 2021 for failure to provide services paid for. It was approved yesterday. Be sure you can demonstrate that you attempted to contact the vendor to resolve the dispute. Telephone and email. Neither works anymore. Good luck!

Liberty Bell Auto Protect is in Chapter… Liberty Bell Auto Protect is in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, US district Court New Jersey. From reviewing their contract, I don't think they had an Underwriter. I recently received a letter notifying me that Liberty Bell Auto Protect(US Auto Administrators LLC) filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. If this company had no insurance, then all of us who bought a warranty will probably get nothing.

Liberty Bell Auto Protect US Auto Administrators, Inc, dba Liberty Bell Auto Protect, has declared Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. We poor saps who paid for extended warranties are just small fish in a long line of creditors. Down the road we may get pennies back if we file a claim, but this is probably money down the drain.
