So make sure you don’t go off of the picture they provide, read the description before you’re suckered into buying something that’s not anywhere near the quality of the picture. Contacted support; “it has beads it’s fine want $5 for troubles” Wow On top of that! Just look at them trying to cover up their website by linking it to “GLOBAL CAR SALE” wow hilarious tactic!

I need help I haven't ordered anything yet but I've read a mix of reviews. I'm 16 and my prom is next month. i cant afford to lose £100. The dress I've found is exactly what I've been looking for. I've found it on 4 different sites though. So please tell me if i should order elsewhere

Terrible service once they have your… Terrible service once they have your money. They don't follow their own measurements, let alone any custom sized ones. Their dresses come too small and joybetty refuses to take responsibility. Buy at own risk.

Poor customer service and refund policy… Poor customer service and refund policy isn’t worth the paper written on. Dress I bought didn’t fit, material was very thin/poor and there response to me requesting a refund was “go see a tailor and get it altered” No consumer rights considered. I did receive 10% off my purchase though 🙄

Beautiful prom dress Was nervous about ordering after seeing reviews but went ahead and ordered my daughters prom dress. We decided to go for custom fit and sent off measurements. We had a very nervous wait for the dress to arrive yet the customer services were so helpful helping me to track my order. The dress was absolutely everything we hoped for. So beautifully made and fit perfectly. Thankyou so much for making the dress of my daughters dreams!
