Surprised!! I have to say after reading the reviews I was a bit worried to receive the dresses I order However they have came and they are stunning I’m so happy with them they look so good!! Not cheap like I thought Delivery was expensive but so worth it csnt wait for my flower girls to wear them

Brought my wedding dress off here Brought my wedding dress off here, it’s come it’s absolutely disgusting it’s left me out of pocket and devastated. I’ve emailed them 3 times, I wrote a review on the item. They have then taken my photos and wrote a really good review around it!!!! What do I do? I’m absolutely gutted

Terrible company - keep your distance!! Terrible company. Sent wrong colour dress that doesn’t resemble picture. Refused refund and have never answered emails once we sent proof. Lost £125. Very disreputable and feel scammed.

Disgraceful customer service, incompetent and you won’t get your money back. Disgraceful customer service. Dress arrived completely different to the one ordered, looked absolutely dreadful on and off, bad quality and an entirely ridiculously different bodice. Really frumpy. Hard to achieve for a size 8 customer. Customer services wouldn’t have any of it despite giving them photos of the dress on website and the one I received. They said it was a different dress (doesn’t that prove my point?) No refund. I gave up. I now have an expensive rag I paid £110 for hanging in the wardrobe that just looks like a giant piece of flouncy ham when worn. I wouldn’t mind so much if I’d ordered a giant flouncy piece of ham but I ordered an elegant size 8 dress. Steer clear, they are incompetent dressmakers but master crooks.
