Terrible service once they have your… Terrible service once they have your money. They don't follow their own measurements, let alone any custom sized ones. Their dresses come too small and joybetty refuses to take responsibility. Buy at own risk.

I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS A… I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS A ALL! CUSTOMER SERVICE LIES A LOT PLAYING CAT AND MOUSE - MINUS! I ordered two dresses in March. Firstly the dresses arrived late, so before receiving the dresses and after reading the bad reviews I cancelled the order and put in a dispute with my bank, Only to receive the dresses a few weeks later now that’s too late, bank refunded me, so was okay and to be honest I returned the dresses to the company even paid large amounts for shipping to HONG KONG. This company received the dresses and then contacted the bank to claim both the money and the dress! Till today they refuse to refund me my money! I would Never purchase from this site again, as a matter of fact I’ll run if I see this name pop up! Don’t shop your money will be lost!

Well after reading the previous reviews… Well after reading the previous reviews I’m so shocked. I was honestly so nervous after ordering the dress whether it would look like the pictures, fit right, etc and to my surprise the dress was delivered on time, was actually 98% like the picture advertised, maybe isn’t the best stitching but for the price I think I actually got a good deal. I ordered slightly bigger to be on the safe side so will gave to get some slight alterations but overall I’m actually very satisfied with my purchase and trust me I’m really not the easiest person to please...maybe with all the negativity, joy Betty are trying to provide a better service

please do not buy from this company please do not buy from this company, i was asked to pay on delivery, i later found out it was scam and all lies, not real , i coult not get any response from them again after i made the payment, i was lucky to get my money through an agency who assisted to recover part of my money and promised to get the balance back for me this weekend..if you have similar issues, you can reach out to them on quickee.discovery AT yandex DOT COM

VERY POOR QUALITY In the process of trying to return 2 dresses today that are awful quality and starting to experience how bad this company really is. It's almost impossible to communicate with them now that I want to return items. The dresses were very poor quality and not at all worth the money paid. Don't use this company!
