I’ve emailed them 3 times, I wrote a review on the item. They have then taken my photos and wrote a really good review around it!!!! What do I do? I’m absolutely gutted

Poor customer service and refund policy… Poor customer service and refund policy isn’t worth the paper written on. Dress I bought didn’t fit, material was very thin/poor and there response to me requesting a refund was “go see a tailor and get it altered” No consumer rights considered. I did receive 10% off my purchase though 🙄

Disgraceful customer service, incompetent and you won’t get your money back. Disgraceful customer service. Dress arrived completely different to the one ordered, looked absolutely dreadful on and off, bad quality and an entirely ridiculously different bodice. Really frumpy. Hard to achieve for a size 8 customer. Customer services wouldn’t have any of it despite giving them photos of the dress on website and the one I received. They said it was a different dress (doesn’t that prove my point?) No refund. I gave up. I now have an expensive rag I paid £110 for hanging in the wardrobe that just looks like a giant piece of flouncy ham when worn. I wouldn’t mind so much if I’d ordered a giant flouncy piece of ham but I ordered an elegant size 8 dress. Steer clear, they are incompetent dressmakers but master crooks.

Terrible company - keep your distance!! Terrible company. Sent wrong colour dress that doesn’t resemble picture. Refused refund and have never answered emails once we sent proof. Lost £125. Very disreputable and feel scammed.
