I need help I haven't ordered anything yet but I've read a mix of reviews. I'm 16 and my prom is next month. i cant afford to lose £100. The dress I've found is exactly what I've been looking for. I've found it on 4 different sites though. So please tell me if i should order elsewhere

Shocking disgraceful service Shocking disgraceful service, do not use. The prom dress ordered looked nothing like the one we thought we had chosen and arrived damaged with a snag in it. Quality of material, stitching etc shocking and smell was vile! I was offered a 5% discount! How can this company be allowed to continue trading as an illegal UK company? Reporting to trading standards to hopefully prevent others from suffering the same fate. FAKE COMPANY! Misold and misled......

Customer service need improvement … My dress came fairly quickly with good quality fabric and the corset was sturdy however the website and customer service desperately needs improving, the customer service was appealing i tried four different ways of reaching out and all was seen but never replied to. My dress aswell came with tiny black blotches,barry noticeable to the human eye but it made it clear that i was not the first customer to own this dress despite paying full price.

Poor customer service and refund policy… Poor customer service and refund policy isn’t worth the paper written on. Dress I bought didn’t fit, material was very thin/poor and there response to me requesting a refund was “go see a tailor and get it altered” No consumer rights considered. I did receive 10% off my purchase though 🙄
