GBShocking disgraceful service Shocking disgraceful service, do not use. The prom dress ordered looked nothing like the one we thought we had chosen and arrived damaged with a snag in it. Quality of material, stitching etc shocking and smell was vile! I was offered a 5% discount! How can this company be allowed to continue trading as an illegal UK company? Reporting to trading standards to hopefully prevent others from suffering the same fate. FAKE COMPANY! Misold and misled......

GBI purchased three dresses and wanted to… I purchased three dresses and wanted to return two. I followed all instructions stated on the company’s return policy and guess what....no refund allowed!! There were 18 emails sent and I have been advised to keep the dresses. The fit is terrible, including the smell. Even during the photos requested and following all their requests, I am still not able to return. My dresses were standard sizes, even though they claim I had custom made! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM JOYBETTY!!

GBThey scam you out of your money Joybetty.com and uk They scam you out of your money, sending you a half made dress, and trick you into buying a dress that has jewels on it but in the description they say (will be made with beads) instead. So make sure you don’t go off of the picture they provide, read the description before you’re suckered into buying something that’s not anywhere near the quality of the picture. Contacted support; “it has beads it’s fine want $5 for troubles” Wow On top of that! Just look at them trying to cover up their website by linking it to “GLOBAL CAR SALE” wow hilarious tactic!
