GBVery bad experience Very bad experience. Let's being with the AutoEquipment Depot: order placed back in March of 2016 - two years on and still missing BlueBird Air Hose Reel. The total cost of the order was $6,200. Monthly payment were supposed to be $360, went up to $420 and included additional insurance, taxes etc, ridiculous. Had to install my own lift, don't trust their promises. And, do shop around, there are better deals out there.

GBDelivery Issues I bought a combo tire machine and wheel machine. Was told 8 to 10 business days, with a 24 hr call before delivery. After the 10th business day, no calls - no anything! I had to call to get a tracking number and handle the delivery myself. All in all, this took almost 1 month to get. I sure hope the product is more reliable than the customer service.

GBorder # 100007971 auto lift 15000 lb I order this lift on oct 10 2016, L can,t tell you how many times I have called and if they did answer gave onley we have no up dates , with on fact, it,s over 90 days now and they still say sorry no up date today , I have lost so much work , with no help , and money, lets talk about that,, ask for two payments of about 350.00 dollars up front, and 12 mo. for the rest I payed up front plus two payments and there is no lift! get lift before you start paying for it,,oh also emailing manager with no answer, do not buy anything from them, I will never use this company , did get one call last week give a call and we will fix this ,, I did , got a voice mail , no returns

GBWorst !!!! Please don't waste your time, placed order 11/16/16 , Lease company paid them 11/17/16 , it's now 1/28/17 and still don't have tire machine and wheel balancer that they said would be delivered in two weeks. They don't return phone calls or e-mails and when / if they answer the phone they put you on hold and then just kick it to voice mail in hopes you will go away. After more than 35 years in the automotive service business, by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have finally given up and am having the lease company (who have been very helpful) try and get their money back so I can get the equipment else where . Don' know if they are just INCOMPETENT or just thieves . MY recommendation is stay away!!!

GBTerrible I finalized my order on 8/23/16 it is now 11/15/16 and I still don't have my equipment. Three payments made and soon to be a fourth payment and still haven't seen what I am paying for. I NEVER receive a call back when they say they will call. I NEVER receive updates on my order. The only time I get any info is when I call and demand to speak to the supervisor since customer service only gives me the answer of "it should ship out either this week or next week". I am HIGHLY disappointed with my experience with this company and will not recommend them to anyone. If I am lucky I may see my equipment before Christmas.
