GBCould've Went Smoother In this company made the process of ordering equipment online from out-of-state fairly simple. But, my products were put on back order, and I was not notified until I called to check the status of delivery. So, 4 to 6 business days is now hitting 10 and my machines still aren't delivered. I am confident they will arrive in the next few days because I did receive a tracking number via email. Although the setback they worked well with Setting up a payment plan and being able to electronically sign the documents

GBorder # 100007971 auto lift 15000 lb I order this lift on oct 10 2016, L can,t tell you how many times I have called and if they did answer gave onley we have no up dates , with on fact, it,s over 90 days now and they still say sorry no up date today , I have lost so much work , with no help , and money, lets talk about that,, ask for two payments of about 350.00 dollars up front, and 12 mo. for the rest I payed up front plus two payments and there is no lift! get lift before you start paying for it,,oh also emailing manager with no answer, do not buy anything from them, I will never use this company , did get one call last week give a call and we will fix this ,, I did , got a voice mail , no returns

GBWell worth the money Very solid lift, it has every safety feature you need and the arms have a very low profile, which is great for all of the custom cars on the road these days. It comes with pads for the arms and spacers for lifting trucks and suvs. It is a little slow coming down, but that's literally the only "con" there is. I plan on purchasing another one, along with wheel and tire machines, next month!

GBEasy, Fast, and Friendly. My only issue with the company is some of their policies regarding Co-Signers. I was confused a few times about why my Co-Signers name was in the #1 position and mine was in the #2 position, my co-signer didn't really like that idea since we clearly comunicated with them that the tools belong to me, so this created some confusion and a few days of delayed e-mails. Still waiting to receive my tool order, and then I will be able to review products. Other than this I was very satisfied with Product options, Prices, and Features. -Erik M. GBTerrible I finalized my order on 8/23/16 it is now 11/15/16 and I still don't have my equipment. Three payments made and soon to be a fourth payment and still haven't seen what I am paying for. I NEVER receive a call back when they say they will call. I NEVER receive updates on my order. The only time I get any info is when I call and demand to speak to the supervisor since customer service only gives me the answer of "it should ship out either this week or next week". I am HIGHLY disappointed with my experience with this company and will not recommend them to anyone. If I am lucky I may see my equipment before Christmas.
