Worst !!!! Please don't waste your time, placed order 11/16/16 , Lease company paid them 11/17/16 , it's now 1/28/17 and still don't have tire machine and wheel balancer that they said would be delivered in two weeks. They don't return phone calls or e-mails and when / if they answer the phone they put you on hold and then just kick it to voice mail in hopes you will go away. After more than 35 years in the automotive service business, by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have finally given up and am having the lease company (who have been very helpful) try and get their money back so I can get the equipment else where . Don' know if they are just INCOMPETENT or just thieves . MY recommendation is stay away!!!

Could've Went Smoother In this company made the process of ordering equipment online from out-of-state fairly simple. But, my products were put on back order, and I was not notified until I called to check the status of delivery. So, 4 to 6 business days is now hitting 10 and my machines still aren't delivered. I am confident they will arrive in the next few days because I did receive a tracking number via email. Although the setback they worked well with Setting up a payment plan and being able to electronically sign the documents

Terrible Customer Service very poor quality Lift won't lift 7800 lbs rated for 11,000 lbs so far company won't make good for anything. I offered to even buy a better quality lift We'll We'll I guess putting the poor rating is the only thing to get me a response. I've tried calling the manufacturer they told me they would not help me or even speak about a warranty because this company never paid them for the product so if you can get me a response from the manufacturer by all means do it and call me don't respond back here

Good experience It was a good experience for the most part, it's hard to get through to them and talk to someone and all my emails from them went to my spam as I later found out so at the time I was frustrated about not hearing back from them which wasn't the case apparently. So if you order from them and try to communicate with them by email make sure you check your spam, might be very helpful to you. I'm happy with my purchase and would use them again

Easy, Fast, and Friendly. My only issue with the company is some of their policies regarding Co-Signers. I was confused a few times about why my Co-Signers name was in the #1 position and mine was in the #2 position, my co-signer didn't really like that idea since we clearly comunicated with them that the tools belong to me, so this created some confusion and a few days of delayed e-mails. Still waiting to receive my tool order, and then I will be able to review products. Other than this I was very satisfied with Product options, Prices, and Features. -Erik M.
