Easy, Fast, and Friendly. My only issue with the company is some of their policies regarding Co-Signers. I was confused a few times about why my Co-Signers name was in the #1 position and mine was in the #2 position, my co-signer didn't really like that idea since we clearly comunicated with them that the tools belong to me, so this created some confusion and a few days of delayed e-mails. Still waiting to receive my tool order, and then I will be able to review products. Other than this I was very satisfied with Product options, Prices, and Features. -Erik M. Delivery Issues I bought a combo tire machine and wheel machine. Was told 8 to 10 business days, with a 24 hr call before delivery. After the 10th business day, no calls - no anything! I had to call to get a tracking number and handle the delivery myself. All in all, this took almost 1 month to get. I sure hope the product is more reliable than the customer service.

Terrible Customer Service very poor quality Lift won't lift 7800 lbs rated for 11,000 lbs so far company won't make good for anything. I offered to even buy a better quality lift We'll We'll I guess putting the poor rating is the only thing to get me a response. I've tried calling the manufacturer they told me they would not help me or even speak about a warranty because this company never paid them for the product so if you can get me a response from the manufacturer by all means do it and call me don't respond back here

Well worth the money Very solid lift, it has every safety feature you need and the arms have a very low profile, which is great for all of the custom cars on the road these days. It comes with pads for the arms and spacers for lifting trucks and suvs. It is a little slow coming down, but that's literally the only "con" there is. I plan on purchasing another one, along with wheel and tire machines, next month!

Very bad experience Very bad experience. Let's being with the AutoEquipment Depot: order placed back in March of 2016 - two years on and still missing BlueBird Air Hose Reel. The total cost of the order was $6,200. Monthly payment were supposed to be $360, went up to $420 and included additional insurance, taxes etc, ridiculous. Had to install my own lift, don't trust their promises. And, do shop around, there are better deals out there.
