Not a good experience I was told that I would be receiving equipment between 7-10 days as I write this it has been 26 days and have yet to receive it I tryied to contact 1-800 number and no one answered and got a. Call back next day saying that it will be delivered but just understand that Your company makes customers sign for blank contract stating that equipment has been received and when I did not receive equipment in promised time I was very concerned because contract had already been signed

Been almost 3 weeks and still don't know if my lift has shipped I placed my order almost 3 weeks ago and they can't tell me if it has shipped. Very slow shipping and poor communication on order status. Edit - It has been over 7 weeks now and I still have no lift. My finance company is filing a dispute for this charge and now I'm stuck waiting 2 months for them to cancel my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM AUTO EQUIPMENT DEPOT!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys are the best and so are their prices! I've used these guys for several orders and they always have the best prices and service. If you've ever dealt with some of the other "discount equipment" companies you know what I mean. I've read a few of the bad reviews and they always complain about financing or shipping: 2 things that Auto Equipment Depot doesn't control.

Terrible! Bad, bad experience. Won't answer the phone, took over 2 months to get equipment. The whole process was terrible. They change their website and close Facebook pages and try and erase bad reviews so customers won't read about it. Eventually, this review may disappear, if so, I will post again. Do your research, buy elsewhere. I wish I did.
