went to the location on absecon nj… went to the location on absecon nj sartuday feb 18 2023 charge me 93 dollars for diagnosis on my car and they tell me that was the radiator and labor and part was 1200 dollars. bought the radiator went to my mechanic and my radiator was in perfect condition was a hose of the coolant that need to be replaced. they made easy 93 dollars for a false problem i have the reciept

This company dosent have a soul This company dosent have a soul. I bought two tires for ford Taurus, put the extended warranty/flat repair added. Got a nail in the sidewall had it towed and they tell me they can’t find the warranty let alone that I ever purchased anything at this shop. Don’t like it call corporate.

An absolute scam It's the age-old story of going in for an oil change and being upsold unnecessary, expensive repairs. I wouldn't be so mad about those repairs if they actually did them properly. But my car has more problems now than it did before I brought it. I now have to go spend more money on repairs (elsewhere), and I missed work for what was quoted as a one-hour job. Furthermore, the customer service is disappointing at best. Avoid this company if you value your time, money, and sanity.

Excellent service and Professionalism Excellent service and Professionalism. Manager Brandon Gourley greeted me upon entering Mr.Tire at the Penn Hills location on Rodi Road. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Took care ofmy state inspection and repaired my exhaust pipe . I also spoke with the knowledgeable tech name Dom. He also explained what was done and answered any questions about future service needs. I highly recommend This Mr.Tire location. Thanks guys for great service.

Stay away from Mr. Tire Came in for tire change and front end alignment. 2 tires were only filled to 23 pounds of air, should have been 35. Broke 2 TPMS sensors. Did NOT recalibrate sensors. Did NOT replace one valve stem cover. Put wrong milage on invoice (which would affect warranty of tires) I have serious doubts now as to whether the alignment was done correctly. WILL NEVER USE MR. Tire again!
