Confirmed appointment online wasn't registered in the system. I've made an appointment online to: 605 Haddonfield-Berlin Rd Voorhees, NJ. I received the confirmation email. When I arrive there, I was not in the system. I showed the confirmation email to the manager but it didn't helped. It was a total waste of precious time.

Stay away from Mr. Tire Came in for tire change and front end alignment. 2 tires were only filled to 23 pounds of air, should have been 35. Broke 2 TPMS sensors. Did NOT recalibrate sensors. Did NOT replace one valve stem cover. Put wrong milage on invoice (which would affect warranty of tires) I have serious doubts now as to whether the alignment was done correctly. WILL NEVER USE MR. Tire again!

Great friendly service. Mr. Tire in Waynesville, NC was excellent. Phil, the manager, was very friendly and accommodating. I ordered my tires online from Tire Rack on a Wednesday and they arrived at Mr. Tire on Friday. New tires were put on the following Monday. Great way to buy tires and get them installed.

After the repair the low pressure was still showing i went back to ask him if he was sure it was ok He told me yes i had to drive it over 45 miles an hour for over 30 minutes I was married to a mechanic so i took it and checked the air it was low i will never go back to your place if that is how you treat women Had i not been married to a mechanic and also talk to another of his friends i may have drove it and ruined the rim and the tire And as soon as air pressure was correct the low pressure light went out !!!thanks for rotten service!
