He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Took care ofmy state inspection and repaired my exhaust pipe . I also spoke with the knowledgeable tech name Dom. He also explained what was done and answered any questions about future service needs. I highly recommend This Mr.Tire location. Thanks guys for great service.

GBI took my Subaru in for a transmission… I took my Subaru in for a transmission flush. Totally the wrong place to go. As soon as I got it back I noticed I had a shuddering when I made a sharp turn. Took it back and they told me I was imagining things. Took it to a shop that specializes in Subarus and they advised my transmission may have been irreparably damaged by either the fluid they put in or something they did while changing the fluid. Had to have it flushed again and if problem doesn't go away I'm on the hook for a new transmission. No sympathy or help from Mr. Tire. I now have to look at legal options.

GBStay away from Mr. Tire Came in for tire change and front end alignment. 2 tires were only filled to 23 pounds of air, should have been 35. Broke 2 TPMS sensors. Did NOT recalibrate sensors. Did NOT replace one valve stem cover. Put wrong milage on invoice (which would affect warranty of tires) I have serious doubts now as to whether the alignment was done correctly. WILL NEVER USE MR. Tire again!

GBConfirmed appointment online wasn't registered in the system. I've made an appointment online to: 605 Haddonfield-Berlin Rd Voorhees, NJ. I received the confirmation email. When I arrive there, I was not in the system. I showed the confirmation email to the manager but it didn't helped. It was a total waste of precious time.

GBAn absolute scam It's the age-old story of going in for an oil change and being upsold unnecessary, expensive repairs. I wouldn't be so mad about those repairs if they actually did them properly. But my car has more problems now than it did before I brought it. I now have to go spend more money on repairs (elsewhere), and I missed work for what was quoted as a one-hour job. Furthermore, the customer service is disappointing at best. Avoid this company if you value your time, money, and sanity.
