A scam I would give a zero if I could.weI picked up the car at Alicante airport with precooked car and insurance cover from Booking.com. Staff appeared to acknowledge it but added extra insurance and taxes without explaining it and asked us to give our credit card details and signed the hire agreement We thought it was just for a guarantee during the time we had the car. After returned home our credit was charged £187! We contacted the company but no response. We complained to Booking.com and awaiting the outcome. Avoid this company at all cost. Will never hire a car abroad again.

Excellent service Malaga airport We booked car directly on Firefly website for a pickup in Malaga Airport. We paid for full insurance etc. Everything went smoothly and Firefly agent, Irene at site was very helpful and even pointed out some savings in our booking. We prefer to book directly on companies websites, and recomment others to do that.

Worse company ever Worse company ever. 10 agents sitting around, no customers and no one wants to help with my reservation. Then they want to charge me an extra $600. I get home and I find I'm charged from Hertz???? I have no phone reception to call Expedia since I'm in Mexico and they won't let me use their phone.

Firefly damage criteria I have used Firefly as my primary rental company for the last 10 years, never an issue, good price, no queuing and on airport. Now charged 186e for a minor chip to the top edge of the rear bumper not caused by myself. I doubt it is even 1cm so refused to sign forms but checked their terms and dents and scratches now need to be more than 1cm when before it was 2cm. Just feel they are now looking to penalise people for minor damage. I would now avoid and now need to claim using my annual excess insurance.

Just choose a car and cruise with it You get EXACTLY what you pay for. Friendly honest people that help you while picking up your car and returning it. They seem to understand that both picking up a vehicle ( while you are tired after your flight ) or delevering it back to them ( while getting ready to return home ) is a stressful thing ! Honestly, i worry about everything, but never did about my car.
