This company is a fraudulent scam… This company is a fraudulent scam company. They deliberately added full insurance cost of 322 euros to my bill when I specifically declined this at the hire car desk on arrival at Alicante Airport. I challenged this charge on returning the car but they just fobbed me off. This is deliberate fraud and on checking Google reviews then this and other similar examples are on just about every review

Worse company ever Worse company ever. 10 agents sitting around, no customers and no one wants to help with my reservation. Then they want to charge me an extra $600. I get home and I find I'm charged from Hertz???? I have no phone reception to call Expedia since I'm in Mexico and they won't let me use their phone.

Just choose a car and cruise with it You get EXACTLY what you pay for. Friendly honest people that help you while picking up your car and returning it. They seem to understand that both picking up a vehicle ( while you are tired after your flight ) or delevering it back to them ( while getting ready to return home ) is a stressful thing ! Honestly, i worry about everything, but never did about my car.
