Not happy with LMC truck Not happy with LMC. I placed on order last Monday afternoon. Got tracking on Wednesday with an arrival for today( Saturday) and found out it’s a split order after seeing my package at the door step. Now my truck will have to sit on jack-stands for another week since they are short staffed and behind according to their customer service employees which isn’t an excuse nor is my problem. I asked for an express shipping option and apparently they don’t offer that. Should notify customers about split ship orders. I would have cancelled and took my business elsewhere. I’ll give it until Monday to receive a tracking number otherwise I will call in to cancel. Communication is key to success and they definitely do not have it.

LMC is a failure LMC truck has become another company that continues to blame Covid for lack of customer service,lack of timely shipping and lack of basic giving a f***. Waiting months for a backorded bumper that was paid for….then calling to cancel the order and paying a restocking fee for a bumper that was never sent and having the CSR tell me That bumper is one that probably won’t return to stock…. Overpaying time after time for shipping. Paying 100 dollars To ship a ford ranger front bumper that takes some troll in their warehouse four days to pull off the shelf. I am thankfully about done with my ranger rebuild and due to lack of other vendors having these parts I am forced to deal with a slimy vendor like LMC. I hope I never have to deal with them again.

Bad customer service cost us $400 Bought a $400 bolt-on exhaust. One piece came at wrong length. Confirmed we had ordered the correct part per the product description. Complained to LMC and got the run around trying to have us work with their vendor who would not reply to us. Provided several pictures and still no help in offering to send us a refund nor replacement. Very disappointing after being a repeat customer for several years. Not sure if we will ever use LMC again due to this poor service.

Strongly recommend staying away the… Strongly recommend staying away the worst customer service I have ever seen the parts are cheap most of them never fit and when you try to return they pretty much say can’t help ya your ordered wrong year then you go back look at order number it is in fact the correct year for everything I spent 1300$ with this place and used 20$ part and was able to shop everything back finnaly after hassling with them trying make me pay 500 ship it back! They had semi pick it up then when I got refund finnaly it was only 600$!!?really?Stay away from these guys

The customer service is wonderful The customer service is wonderful, I never received my catalog for my truck, And they had me confirm something with them and we were all set to get me one shipped. Like I said wonderful customer service. Thank you for the experience I had!
