Wait and wait some more There shipping of products is super slow. They prefer to ship your order via Fed-Ex which is another company who doesn't care if you get your items in 4 days or 4 weeks from LMC's shipping dock.LMC will do NOTHING to contact Fed-Ex until 10 days have passed there shipping date ( not order date). The two company's are perfectly matched. Poorest services ever.

My customer states that he is removing his truck from our shop because he thinks that we are making excuses ,And I only tell him what your people are telling me I would like a response from the VP of LMC Trucks To me owner Steve Francis .This will also be placed on social media ,and BBB in KS

Just take note if you order from this… Just take note if you order from this site they take forever to ship your stuff. I've been on and off the phone with them all week about when are they going to send tracking they keep lying to me and telling me. Oh don't worry sir in 24 hours it will be updated, but never got updated I'm getting very sick of them I can't even review the parts because I can't get them sick of them.

Shipping times are very slow Shipping times are very slow. It always takes 3 or 4 business days to ship. I never have this problem with NPD. //EDIT: based on their response below, my order status still says “processing” 2 days after they are telling me below it’s shipped. I haven’t received any notification that it has shipped. And it hasn’t been only this part that is slow to ship. Non-freight parts take several days to ship out too. I try to avoid LMC unless NPD doesn’t carry the part.
