GBI ordered some parts from this company… I ordered some parts from this company and then I returned them I payed $400 for the shipping myself .Since they said they were not responsible for the shipping fees.They said they would refund with the total amount to my card. 4 months passed and I still don't have my refund so I called and say that they will not refund me for the amount.Clearly this company does not care about there customers. I would not recommend to anyone and I WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!

GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. People are very rude and difficult to get to understand the problem. Had a sheet metal part that was not made correctly. Called LMC truck, got the "Covid" shuffle (short staffed etc.) After explaining the problem to three different parties and sending pictures it was explained to me that someone will get back to me. When they will get to me is the million-dollar question. A month has passed, no return call, no replacement parts. Very slow shipping times. I am done doing business with this company.

GBI have purchased know less then 15… I have purchased know less then 15 0rders front LMC probably will be more. In the last 2 months l have received everything correct shipping has been sent in reasonable amount of time considering no one in this country wants to work anymore! Any one in business would know that there is no one working so you are lucky to get anything these days! Thanks LMC you have a satisfied customer here!

GBJust take note if you order from this… Just take note if you order from this site they take forever to ship your stuff. I've been on and off the phone with them all week about when are they going to send tracking they keep lying to me and telling me. Oh don't worry sir in 24 hours it will be updated, but never got updated I'm getting very sick of them I can't even review the parts because I can't get them sick of them.

GBNot happy with LMC truck Not happy with LMC. I placed on order last Monday afternoon. Got tracking on Wednesday with an arrival for today( Saturday) and found out it’s a split order after seeing my package at the door step. Now my truck will have to sit on jack-stands for another week since they are short staffed and behind according to their customer service employees which isn’t an excuse nor is my problem. I asked for an express shipping option and apparently they don’t offer that. Should notify customers about split ship orders. I would have cancelled and took my business elsewhere. I’ll give it until Monday to receive a tracking number otherwise I will call in to cancel. Communication is key to success and they definitely do not have it.
