I was told I could return the dress but then got the total run around. They are in the business of robbing people of their hard earned money by not allowing returns. They charge $100+ for dresses that likely cost them $10 to be made in China. They are ripping people off!

I bought several from them and now am stuck with them because promlily will not return my emails despite their "return policy" stating you can return them and get your money back. So frustrated!! Even had my sister email and they didn't respond her either. Sent probably a dozen emails. No communication. Poor.

Horrible dress I recently purchased a dress that I fell in love with to you on my daughters sweet sixteen. When I received the actual dress, I wanted to cry. I contacted them immediately and what was my surprised. Once I got a response to my email they offered a 10% on my purchased. Now arguing back and fourth they are offering me a $ 25.00 returned fee since they are not able to take it back. According to them since they are made to our measurements they refuse to received it DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE. I wish I could upload the 2 dresses so that everyone could see what horrible dress I received.

Promlily SUCKS Spent 400 dollars on two dresses for my homecoming and prom dance for my senior year and they came in looking like GRANNY DRESSES! Completely different from what I expected. And when I emailed their customer support about it 3 days ago they still haven’t replied! I email them everyday so they can tell me how to return and get a refund since it’s not stated on the website 😡😡😡

The dress came in a timely manner but the first red-flag Was it came shipped in a small DHL bag so it was wadded up into a ball. The dress was a complete disappointment. The color was not what was represented in the picture. The material was cheap and itchy. And it didn’t fit well at all. The website has no phone number just an occasional online chat and a “contact us” section. I have tried multiple times to contact the company to no avail. They do not respond. We spent $160 and are stuck with an ugly wad of tulle and beads.
