Promlily SUCKS Spent 400 dollars on two dresses for my homecoming and prom dance for my senior year and they came in looking like GRANNY DRESSES! Completely different from what I expected. And when I emailed their customer support about it 3 days ago they still haven’t replied! I email them everyday so they can tell me how to return and get a refund since it’s not stated on the website 😡😡😡

I was told I could return the dress but then got the total run around. They are in the business of robbing people of their hard earned money by not allowing returns. They charge $100+ for dresses that likely cost them $10 to be made in China. They are ripping people off!

Prom Lily aka Fab Fashion LTd is… Prom Lily aka Fab Fashion LTd is Horrible! Customer service answers after days and they ignore your concerns. Asking to return due to dress not fitting in the chest. This was not a custom order dress and according to the return policy, I can return it. They refuse to address my concern and keep offering me 15% off and additional material. What am I suppose to do with additional material? Make my own dress? I am disputing with credit card company. Do not buy from them!

This is a scam This is a scam! They do not return dresses or respond to any emails once shipped. The quality of the material is very poor and stitching is below average. Stuck with a dress.. for $140! Do want to add that paypal was absolutely ineffective in resolution too. They sent a canned message each time saying 'item is not significantly different'. When the item is not usable, not sure what buyer protection we get!
