wrong color and size - no returning it We ordered a burgundy dress custom made and sent in measurements. The dress arrived and it was baby blue and did not fit in the bodice. We could not zip it up past the rib cage and the shoulder straps were way too short and cut into the shoulders. I notified the company that the color was wrong and that it didn't fit. They said they would not refund the money or make the dress the correct color and that they would charge me a 30% restocking fee to return it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I didn't realize it was a china based company either.

After paying extra for expedited shipping, my daughter's dress arrived in a ball of wrinkles, no tags, no order form, no return address and no phone contact. After trying on the dress and realizing it did not fit properly, we contacted Promlily within 24 hours of receiving the dress to request the return order form listed on their website. Scam i ordered the white dress which is supposed to have silver jewelry. Mine had white beads which are falling off and tan things in the boobs are. Despite me putting my correct sizing the dress did not fit. It was big around the stomach area and tight around the slit. The slit was in the front and not on the side of the dress.Their customer service did not cooperate or email me back until paypal stepped into the situation and only offered me $50 back on a $200 dress, Do not order from here it is a complete scam.
