I bought several from them and now am stuck with them because promlily will not return my emails despite their "return policy" stating you can return them and get your money back. So frustrated!! Even had my sister email and they didn't respond her either. Sent probably a dozen emails. No communication. Poor.

This is a scam This is a scam! They do not return dresses or respond to any emails once shipped. The quality of the material is very poor and stitching is below average. Stuck with a dress.. for $140! Do want to add that paypal was absolutely ineffective in resolution too. They sent a canned message each time saying 'item is not significantly different'. When the item is not usable, not sure what buyer protection we get!

Promlily SUCKS Spent 400 dollars on two dresses for my homecoming and prom dance for my senior year and they came in looking like GRANNY DRESSES! Completely different from what I expected. And when I emailed their customer support about it 3 days ago they still haven’t replied! I email them everyday so they can tell me how to return and get a refund since it’s not stated on the website 😡😡😡

Horrible!!! Stay away - clear from your browser Horrible customer service. Expected delivery date was a week or more later - which means after prom. There’s no way to cancel the order- I am fine paying what would have been delivery costs! I am not fine paying for clothes that will not be worn - not paying to return it to China! Avoid them at all costs. I am now trying to refuse delivery from DHL!

Screw Promlily!! The absolute worst experience I have ever had! My mother and I purchased 4 dresses on their website worth $700 and when we reached out to them, they emailed us once with the return number asking us to send what was wrong with each dress by wearing it so they could see it (which already made no sense) and then when we sent each picture of me in the dress, they never replied with a return number for each of the dresses. I would highly recommend to each person here to not give there god damn hard working money to this company because they will steal it without a thought and will never let you return it or talk to anyone who will be helpful. Long story short screw this company, and the people that run it because you clearly do not know how to take care of your customers who spend their own personal money for your product. All in all screw prom lily!!
