My daughter ordered a prom dress online… My daughter ordered a prom dress online from this company and it must be a scam. The dress came in a timely manner but the first red-flag Was it came shipped in a small DHL bag so it was wadded up into a ball. The dress was a complete disappointment. The color was not what was represented in the picture. The material was cheap and itchy. And it didn’t fit well at all. The website has no phone number just an occasional online chat and a “contact us” section. I have tried multiple times to contact the company to no avail. They do not respond. We spent $160 and are stuck with an ugly wad of tulle and beads.

Scam i ordered the white dress which is supposed to have silver jewelry. Mine had white beads which are falling off and tan things in the boobs are. Despite me putting my correct sizing the dress did not fit. It was big around the stomach area and tight around the slit. The slit was in the front and not on the side of the dress.Their customer service did not cooperate or email me back until paypal stepped into the situation and only offered me $50 back on a $200 dress, Do not order from here it is a complete scam.

Screw Promlily!! The absolute worst experience I have ever had! My mother and I purchased 4 dresses on their website worth $700 and when we reached out to them, they emailed us once with the return number asking us to send what was wrong with each dress by wearing it so they could see it (which already made no sense) and then when we sent each picture of me in the dress, they never replied with a return number for each of the dresses. I would highly recommend to each person here to not give there god damn hard working money to this company because they will steal it without a thought and will never let you return it or talk to anyone who will be helpful. Long story short screw this company, and the people that run it because you clearly do not know how to take care of your customers who spend their own personal money for your product. All in all screw prom lily!!

I was told I could return the dress but then got the total run around. They are in the business of robbing people of their hard earned money by not allowing returns. They charge $100+ for dresses that likely cost them $10 to be made in China. They are ripping people off!

Promlily SUCKS Spent 400 dollars on two dresses for my homecoming and prom dance for my senior year and they came in looking like GRANNY DRESSES! Completely different from what I expected. And when I emailed their customer support about it 3 days ago they still haven’t replied! I email them everyday so they can tell me how to return and get a refund since it’s not stated on the website 😡😡😡
