Really? NEVER AGAIN! While the customer service is ok to so-so...can't say I'd ever use them again. ...I booked with them because their ad said $39 flat rate to the airport. ..then when I booked with the app, it said the total was $55ish... THEN when it came time for the car to arrive, I saw that my card was charged $84...by the end of the trip the app said the final cost was $73.80....honestly. ..for $74, I'D MUCH RATHER get a town car for $10 less than ride in a bumpy toyot (the cheapest option available) with a child seat halfway shoved in the front passenger's seat no less (it was only me. .no children).. I felt like I was paying nearly $80 for riding in someone's disorganized family car instead of an actual car service. ..totally not worth the money. ..especially since I had to pull up directions on my phone's gps navigation so he could figure out how to get to the airport from Manhattan & even then he kept taking the wrong turns ...Unprofessional & a compete waste of money. ..not to mention they can't even be honest about how much the ride REALLY costs upfront. ...it was twice as much as I was under the impression it would be. ..NEVER AGAIN! I'M GOING BACK to a REAL CAR SERVICE!

So glad I found you! I discovered CarsCo in American Airlines magazine and have been using them ever since. I come to NY at least once a month and knowing that I have transportation waiting; that I can zip right past the taxi line; and that I will not have a crazy NY Taxi ride to my location, but a friendly, personable driver with whom I feel safe is so important to me. I've recommended CarsCo to everyone who travels to or from NY; friend or stranger. It also helps knowing a good portion of the fleet is eco-friendly. I drive a Prius myself and know that you not only get great mileage but emit fewer pollutants!

Not what I expected! First if all when I went to get a quote for our needed transportation from mycarsco.com all cars showed to be black cars and then I booked a ride from JFK airport to my hotel destination which was in Brooklyn. I was quoted $54.00 TOTAL! Then I received a pending charge of $82.00 that I did not anticipate at all! I called to ask why and was told that an extra charge was to be on a pending hold to my checking account until the ride was complete, just in case we did not show up for the ride or there were any other fees such as tolls on the way. I was not told any of this and I even called to confirm the total charge. They did however only charge the total charge quoted of $54.00 after the ride was complete and this took a few days to come out of my account leading me to think that I had an extra $54.00 which I did not. And about the black car, well it turns out that all of the cars are a bright green color which the driver told us when we finally found him after we landed. He called us several times while we waited curbside with our luggage and kept saying he was right there and didn't we see him? Well no we did not see him because all of the pick up cars were black and of course I was looking for a black car. Well we finally found him and the car was pretty beat-up looking. The driver was nice, friendly and courteous but I because of all of the other factors I will never use this car service again!

poor customer service and billing discrapencies, but cab on time cab was on time, driver came in to pick up and was friendly. They charged my card more than quoted, and when I called to ask what the difference was, the guy I spoke to, James, was rude and disrespectful, by far the worst customer service agent I have EVER spoke to! He said I should have known that they charged for parking when the driver has to walk inside the airport, and if I have a problem with that I need to call back during normal business hours! His response when I asked what their hours are? He said, and I quote: "9 to 5 on weekdays like any other business! "ha! I thought I was on a prank call. When I said I will call back because he is providing poor customer service, he said, well i answered your question but you just don't like how i am talking. Too sad, i wanted to use their services again, but not after this! You would think he would stop after that, but surprisingly, he continued to belittle me, so i just said bye and hung up!

Fraudulent billing, opaque pricing We went with this company from NYC to EWR because we got the best quote from them online. The confirmed quote was for $73.08 and when I checked my credit card bill (good thing I did!), I saw that we had been charged $110. You have to be kidding me! I called them to ask about this and they said that because my husband and I were dropped off at two adjacent terminals, this was an extra "stop" and cost another $10. First, this is an absurd policy and if you want to keep to this ridiculous policy you should tell your customers. If I had known, I'd have gotten out and WALKED because the terminals were, I kid you not, a 3 mins walk apart. $10 to drive me that extra few feet? That's just bad business, and even worse that I had to call you after the fact to find out that I was charged for it. Second, this should bring my total to $84.08, not $110. The guy on the phone then tells me that billing made a mistake because they though we made two stops, not one. Well, that would be $94.08, which is still not $110. You charge me for driving a few feet, but instead charge me for making "two additional stops," and even overcharge on that? I can't imagine how they think I'm dumb enough not to figure that one out. The worst part is if I had never checked, they would have just fraudulently charged me for $37 more than I agreed to pay! Aside from this fraudulent billing, the driver's speech was barely comprehensible, and pulled up a block away from where we had agreed and insisted loudly on the phone that he had arrived. We had to figure out where he was and walk with all our luggage to meet him. Altogether, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. We will not be using this company again.
