Absolutely Horrible!!! Passengers Beware!!! I arrived early to meet the driver at the scheduled pick up location. My children, 20 and 11 years old, were on their way from NJ to meet their father at JFK airport in NY. The driver called, he was at the wrong location. Understanding mistakes happen, I gave the driver the address and tried to assist him. He insisted we stay on the phone, became frazzled and began raising his voice and speaking to me with utter disrespect!!! He finally arrived 25 minutes late, the car was disgusting, he would not help me and my children with their luggage and, instead of offering an apology, complained about the mismanagement of the CarsCo dispatch office. I called CarsCo and spoke with a customer service representative. She assured me that I would be refunded for the pick up and, as a military member, would receive a discount for the return trip. I later received a call from a driver's manager who explained that his driver became nervous and scared about being lost and that's why he treated me and my children the way he did. He told me not to take it personally and try to understand the driver was having a bad day. They never refunded or discounted me as promised!!!

Fraudulent billing, opaque pricing We went with this company from NYC to EWR because we got the best quote from them online. The confirmed quote was for $73.08 and when I checked my credit card bill (good thing I did!), I saw that we had been charged $110. You have to be kidding me! I called them to ask about this and they said that because my husband and I were dropped off at two adjacent terminals, this was an extra "stop" and cost another $10. First, this is an absurd policy and if you want to keep to this ridiculous policy you should tell your customers. If I had known, I'd have gotten out and WALKED because the terminals were, I kid you not, a 3 mins walk apart. $10 to drive me that extra few feet? That's just bad business, and even worse that I had to call you after the fact to find out that I was charged for it. Second, this should bring my total to $84.08, not $110. The guy on the phone then tells me that billing made a mistake because they though we made two stops, not one. Well, that would be $94.08, which is still not $110. You charge me for driving a few feet, but instead charge me for making "two additional stops," and even overcharge on that? I can't imagine how they think I'm dumb enough not to figure that one out. The worst part is if I had never checked, they would have just fraudulently charged me for $37 more than I agreed to pay! Aside from this fraudulent billing, the driver's speech was barely comprehensible, and pulled up a block away from where we had agreed and insisted loudly on the phone that he had arrived. We had to figure out where he was and walk with all our luggage to meet him. Altogether, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. We will not be using this company again.

Excellent customer care!!! Had to call last minute to go to airport,dispatch was very accommodating, said car will be there in 20 minutes and it was there when promised with constant texts to me to keep me updated. I was instantly pleased and happy when my driver got out and introduced himself as Marco and helped me with my bag. What a treat it was to be treated like a queen, he was attentive to my every need and chatted with me on the way to airport.I was very comfortable and the car was clean. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to anyone. Ask for Marco, you will be pleased!

Never showed up - I almost missed my flight Customer service first called me to say the driver was 15mn late and then called me again to say he would not come. I had to call another car service and almost missed my flight. Never again!

Worst Service Had a reservation to be picked up at JFK on October 11, 2014. Gave them the airline that I was arriving on and the driver went to the wrong terminal. Took him almost an hour to get turned around and get to the correct terminal. Then gave him the hotel name and after driving a long time, I ask him how much longer and he had passed my hotel and didn't even know it. I noticed the hotel on the left side of the freeway and ask him if he missed the hotel. With all this, I was late for an appointment. On the day I returned to my home, I called and talked to the owner and we agreed that I would pay the tolls and split the remainder of the cost. I hadn't even hung up from talking to him and I received an email showing my charges. The only thing that was deducted was the gratuity. I called and emailed several times after that and no response from anyone. I would never use CARSCO, Inc. again. Now I am having to dispute the charge on my credit card statement.
