GBAbsolutely Horrible!!! Passengers Beware!!! I arrived early to meet the driver at the scheduled pick up location. My children, 20 and 11 years old, were on their way from NJ to meet their father at JFK airport in NY. The driver called, he was at the wrong location. Understanding mistakes happen, I gave the driver the address and tried to assist him. He insisted we stay on the phone, became frazzled and began raising his voice and speaking to me with utter disrespect!!! He finally arrived 25 minutes late, the car was disgusting, he would not help me and my children with their luggage and, instead of offering an apology, complained about the mismanagement of the CarsCo dispatch office. I called CarsCo and spoke with a customer service representative. She assured me that I would be refunded for the pick up and, as a military member, would receive a discount for the return trip. I later received a call from a driver's manager who explained that his driver became nervous and scared about being lost and that's why he treated me and my children the way he did. He told me not to take it personally and try to understand the driver was having a bad day. They never refunded or discounted me as promised!!!

GBNever showed up - I almost missed my flight Customer service first called me to say the driver was 15mn late and then called me again to say he would not come. I had to call another car service and almost missed my flight. Never again!

GBHappy member account holder I am up for renewal and will sure renew my membership! I saved over $700 on my car service for $59 membership fee :) Thank you Cars Co you guys have the best staff!

GBReally? NEVER AGAIN! While the customer service is ok to so-so...can't say I'd ever use them again. ...I booked with them because their ad said $39 flat rate to the airport. ..then when I booked with the app, it said the total was $55ish... THEN when it came time for the car to arrive, I saw that my card was charged $84...by the end of the trip the app said the final cost was $73.80....honestly. ..for $74, I'D MUCH RATHER get a town car for $10 less than ride in a bumpy toyot (the cheapest option available) with a child seat halfway shoved in the front passenger's seat no less (it was only me. .no children).. I felt like I was paying nearly $80 for riding in someone's disorganized family car instead of an actual car service. ..totally not worth the money. ..especially since I had to pull up directions on my phone's gps navigation so he could figure out how to get to the airport from Manhattan & even then he kept taking the wrong turns ...Unprofessional & a compete waste of money. ..not to mention they can't even be honest about how much the ride REALLY costs upfront. ...it was twice as much as I was under the impression it would be. ..NEVER AGAIN! I'M GOING BACK to a REAL CAR SERVICE!

GBpoor The driver was 40 minutes late which is inexcusable no matter what but especially in NYC. My flight landed to Newark at 4:05 and if he had been there on time, i would have made it home in NYC just ahead of rush hour at about 5. Instead, he picked me up at 445 and i didnt get home until 6:15. i also wrote an email to carsco directly while in the cab to tell them how upset i was and they never got back to me! This is really disappointing. They should have apologized and "comped" me the ride. Also they are supposed to be using "green" cars and this guy came in a normal gas guzzling toyota -- false advertising. I will never use them again
