GBTire fell off I am only writing this review so that it doesn't happen to anyone else. Hogan and Sons replaced my brakes, rotors and replaced two tires. I drove my car for a weekend and had to return it for the tires to be balanced. it wasn't riding right. They said the tires were out of balance, so they balanced them. This was a Tuesday. I didn't drive my car on Wednesday. On Friday, three of my lug nuts fell off and I almost lost my tire. I had to have it repaired in PA. When I called them to tell them what happened, not much happened. So I called the next day and spoke to the manager. He did not apologize, all he said was that they looked at the tape and it was not their fault. I asked whose fault it was then and he had no answer. They didn't offer anything to me. Not compensation, apology or any other explanation. I will not be returning to them for service in the future.

GBAvoid the Westwood Ma store Avoid this tire shop. I called Hogan Tire in Westwood on 11/9/23 to order tires for my Toyota tacoma off road (the online site said they were not in stock). They made an appointment for me to have them installed on Sat 11/11/23. After waiting there for 2 hours they informed me that the new tires would not fit my truck. My truck truck has 16" rims and apparently they ordered tires for a tacoma sport that uses a 17" rim. Mistakes happen and I can deal with that, but why not just admit that they made a mistake? They suggested that I didn't know what model truck I owned and that's what caused the confusion. That is unacceptable to me. That would have been the 3rd set of tires I purchased from Hogan tire in the last 2 years (I own a few vehicles). A little respect towards your customers would do a lot to earn repeat business. I'm not going to say the customer is always right, but I will say I know what model vehicles I own. This mistake was on them and they refused to admit it. I waited a day to see it a manager would contact me and try to make things right, but that never happened. There's to many tire shops around to be treated like that. I would avoid Hogan Tire in Westwood.

GBFalse recommendation for Serpentine Belt I've been going to Hogan Tire in Woburn for 2 years now. I have had great results with timely oil changes and 4 brand new tires. However, last visit I was told I needed a new serpentine belt, immediately. I went to a trust auto-mechanic friend in my family who took a look and said my serpentine belt was just fine and there was no need to replace it any time soon. I was sad to hear that this was true because I did have a positive relationship with Hogan. I will no longer be going there for services in the future, I just can't trust them.

GBStaff were very helpful and schedule… Staff were very helpful and schedule was to my satisfaction. My issues are with the significant increase in prices at Hogan Tire . What was once a dependable and cost effective alternative to service at a dealership has now become cost prohibitive and will lead me back to a certified car dealership for the minimal difference in prices.
