GBSloppy customer service Recently I experienced a 2 and a quarter hour oil change and tire rotation and, yes, I had an appointment and they knew that I was waiting. I also sent a complaint to the Westwood location a week ago but haven’t heard back. Maybe they don’t care but that would be a shame, as I’m a longtime customer

GBBad service and disabled my tire… Bad service and disabled my tire pressure indication system after last service as even after my tires were at 15 psi the light was not going off. This was to prevent me going in for service again as their terrible tires were nothing but trouble since i got.them. Didnt even reach warranty miles before wearing out. Bad experience . No van service. Would not recommend to.anyone.

GBStay Away!! Zero! Absolute scum. Bought new tires 4,500 miles ago. Went back for the free tire rotation and alignment. Little Colin sends me a video showing work that needs to be done in order to do the alignment. At first it was $4,300..fine I agree, says I’ll have it back in 2days before the weekend. Calls me back says it will be another $2k to make the truck right. Complete scum, Friday comes I’m ready to pick up the truck and said there’s an issue with the tie rod on the test drive and the truck won’t be ready. Just picked up my truck today and got me for another $600 and a healthy scratch on my front bumper that they deny doing that probably happened on the test drive. Offered to get a quote to repair but I need the truck, already spent a week without it. Thieves! Stay away!

GBAlways reliable.The only problem this… Always reliable.The only problem this time was that it look them forever to get my two new tires, because they are hard to find tires and they were off-site. There was a mixup with the place that supplied the tires and this resulted in a truck going back and forth between the two facilities. At least they admitted it was their fault and I was given a discount at checkout.

GBTire fell off I am only writing this review so that it doesn't happen to anyone else. Hogan and Sons replaced my brakes, rotors and replaced two tires. I drove my car for a weekend and had to return it for the tires to be balanced. it wasn't riding right. They said the tires were out of balance, so they balanced them. This was a Tuesday. I didn't drive my car on Wednesday. On Friday, three of my lug nuts fell off and I almost lost my tire. I had to have it repaired in PA. When I called them to tell them what happened, not much happened. So I called the next day and spoke to the manager. He did not apologize, all he said was that they looked at the tape and it was not their fault. I asked whose fault it was then and he had no answer. They didn't offer anything to me. Not compensation, apology or any other explanation. I will not be returning to them for service in the future.
