Staff were very helpful and schedule… Staff were very helpful and schedule was to my satisfaction. My issues are with the significant increase in prices at Hogan Tire . What was once a dependable and cost effective alternative to service at a dealership has now become cost prohibitive and will lead me back to a certified car dealership for the minimal difference in prices.

prices way out there I requested a quote from Hogan Tire in Houlton, ME. their quote for a General Tire Rt 43 was over$1,000 for 4 tires inclusive of road hazard, taxes, balance and mounting as well as taking the old tires. Stanley Auto had offered a new tire (the Rt 45_) for a little over $800 for a better tire. not for nothing Hogan tire is getting a name for over the top pricing.

Bad service and disabled my tire… Bad service and disabled my tire pressure indication system after last service as even after my tires were at 15 psi the light was not going off. This was to prevent me going in for service again as their terrible tires were nothing but trouble since i got.them. Didnt even reach warranty miles before wearing out. Bad experience . No van service. Would not recommend to.anyone.

had a 2PM appointment for a change-over… had a 2PM appointment for a change-over to snow tires and wasn't seen until after 3PM and not done until 5PM. I realize they were extremely busy, really busy, and this is the first time coming to Hogan that this has happened. Will come back.

I brought my car in for a rotation and… I brought my car in for a rotation and balance. Waited 30 minutes and was told that the car was done. I get out to the car, hop in and could tell immediately that the tires weren't rotated or balanced. The right rear tire was patched a few weeks back, that patched tire was still on the right rear. The had me wait in the waiting room and did nothing. So dishonest. Will not be going back... Zero stars.
