Impressed! Couldn't have asked for better service and staff. The shuttle driver, Frank, was wonderful and really made the car ride enjoyable, it was a highlight of my vacation. It's a brand new facility with fully paved parking with lots of security. I will definitely be back, especially for the $2.89 special. Highly recommended!

Worst experience ever. It's a scam company Never rent car from Signature. Worst customer service. We hire car online and asked to bring proof of car insurance which I brought when picking up the car. They refused to accept the insurance document for no reason. another customer complained the same while I was there. I had no choice but to buy their coverage which was hundreds of dollars. Terrible experience.... please stay away from this company

FRAUDULENT company. Horrible customer service. RUDE STAFF. This company is a fraud. Please READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE using their service. They boldly lie to your face, strategically REFUSE your automobile insurance and PAD ON their own insurance daily charges. Very Horrible company and poor service. Average wait time for a shuttle is 25 Minutes. Total cost for rental of a cheap version of cars runs about $450 per week. BE WARNED

tire with slow leak. The first car had a tire with a slow leak, I had to fill the tire with air every hundred miles. When I notified them they told me I would have to drive the hour back to switch cars. I did so and they acted like they were doing me a big favor and were not apologetic at all, even questioning weather I was telling the truth or not. When I returned the car, I paid for early drop off(7:00AM). there was no one there, the office was closed, and we almost had no shuttle to the airport.
