GBCrooks Crooks. Last night in Orlando -- this is an Insurance scam 45 minutes late for pick up at airport, taken 15 minutes away and basically held hostage to their scam. Their rental required insurance despite my credit card and personal policy coverage. It was twice as much as the daily rental rate, TRIPLING my rental rate. Pirates by any measure

GBIf you have good vehicle insurance and one prepared this place is a bargain! I got my car through Just Fly and the day before leaving checked the reviews! I got ridiculously scared! Tons of reviews and only one star. I called the night before renting and expressed my concern. They told me as along as my insurance covered rental cars (which it does) and was stated on the declaration page I would be fine! It was a easy as that! I actually couldn't get my declaration page because of the weekend BUT I brought the documentation needed to show my coverage and it was super easy! In addition, Jose C. was super friendly, knowledgeable, and even helped add in a major upgrade for me! This is a deal folks if you have good insurance! Also use a major credit card! If you are lucky like we were you will happen to get in Jose C.'s line!

GBWorst car rental in Orlando Waited for 45 minutes at airport for pickup, then another 2 1/2 hours in line at this car rental. We were crammed into a van. Children sat on each others laps. People standing because of no seat available. Talk about Unsafe Situation! Many people were given a different price at counter than on their reservation including myself. I have excellent credit and they held a $1,000.00 deposit in addition to my reservation quote which was changed at the counter. I would rather walk than use this car rental. Manager was very unprofessional even telling the counter person to "get them out of here", "they can't be satisfied". By the way, none of the workers wore name badges, so you can report their behavior to anyone.

Their agents are NOT INFORMATIVE, incompetent, rude, condescending, arrogant and COMPLETELY USELESS!! I was forced to enter 1 star /. They deserve------- in the Trillions!!!! God forbid if you have a problem - you would be better off calling the Devil !! I've been on 2 cell phones over 40 minutes waiting for a human to answer DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I AND MANY OTHERS HAVE MADE. IT IS NOT WORTH THEIR CHEAP RATES THEY ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH
