Impressed! Couldn't have asked for better service and staff. The shuttle driver, Frank, was wonderful and really made the car ride enjoyable, it was a highlight of my vacation. It's a brand new facility with fully paved parking with lots of security. I will definitely be back, especially for the $2.89 special. Highly recommended!

Absolutely horrid company Absolutely horrid company. DO NOT rent from them under any circumstance. This company uses forceful tactics and engages in unethical business practices. They charged us 300 dollars for a missing license plate that fell off THEIR car and WAS NOT properly secured by them. We stopped payment on credit card immediately. They threatened to call the police!!! We left and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Get held hostage for double your quote!!!! STAY AWAY These people are criminals, I would pursue criminal charges if I wasn't Canadian. Never, under any circumstance rent from this company. I was forced to pay double my quoted price at the counter at midnight with my wife and 3 young children. We waited at MCO for an hour before hiring our own taxi for 22 dollars. Upon arrival was told we had to purchase 20 dollars a day insurance even though I have 3 party rental through my home vehicle insurance. So at 1am with 3 young children and a building full of Lebanese seemingly family members...... pay or else!!!! I hope these criminals die a terrible death!!!!

If you have good vehicle insurance and one prepared this place is a bargain! I got my car through Just Fly and the day before leaving checked the reviews! I got ridiculously scared! Tons of reviews and only one star. I called the night before renting and expressed my concern. They told me as along as my insurance covered rental cars (which it does) and was stated on the declaration page I would be fine! It was a easy as that! I actually couldn't get my declaration page because of the weekend BUT I brought the documentation needed to show my coverage and it was super easy! In addition, Jose C. was super friendly, knowledgeable, and even helped add in a major upgrade for me! This is a deal folks if you have good insurance! Also use a major credit card! If you are lucky like we were you will happen to get in Jose C.'s line!

Bad, Bad Rental Car Place Bad, rude, charged us $1000.00 deposit even though they said when I purchased the insurance I did not have to pay that. Not nice car, many scratches. Big charges for what they said were missed tolls. Highest for any rental car places. Investigating their validity. No pictures of violations sent. Will report to Better business Bureau.
