LUTERRIBLE !! STAY FAR AWAY !! We were forced into accepting additional insurance, so our invoice was more than doubled over the initial reservation (550 $ instead of 240 $). After retouring the car, we had to pay additional 70 $, as they said we were not in time (we returned the car at 3 pm, and they said that the return time has to be 8 am, even if we agreed 6 pm in our reservation, which has been confirmed!!). We were threatened to pay the 70 $, it was horrible!! Stay far away from SIGNATURE rent a car in MIAMI !!

GBIf you have good vehicle insurance and one prepared this place is a bargain! I got my car through Just Fly and the day before leaving checked the reviews! I got ridiculously scared! Tons of reviews and only one star. I called the night before renting and expressed my concern. They told me as along as my insurance covered rental cars (which it does) and was stated on the declaration page I would be fine! It was a easy as that! I actually couldn't get my declaration page because of the weekend BUT I brought the documentation needed to show my coverage and it was super easy! In addition, Jose C. was super friendly, knowledgeable, and even helped add in a major upgrade for me! This is a deal folks if you have good insurance! Also use a major credit card! If you are lucky like we were you will happen to get in Jose C.'s line!

GBDO NOT RENT FROM SIGNATURE/ECONOMY RENT A CAR THIS IS T HE. W O R S T COMPAMY IN EVERY UNIVERSE NOT JUST IN OUR UNIVERSE. THEIR SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE MAKES WALMART LOOK LIKE THE RITZ !! Their agents are NOT INFORMATIVE, incompetent, rude, condescending, arrogant and COMPLETELY USELESS!! I was forced to enter 1 star /. They deserve------- in the Trillions!!!! God forbid if you have a problem - you would be better off calling the Devil !! I've been on 2 cell phones over 40 minutes waiting for a human to answer DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I AND MANY OTHERS HAVE MADE. IT IS NOT WORTH THEIR CHEAP RATES THEY ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH

GBBad experience The pick up location is off-site from the airport and it was very chaotic. My rental car has less than 7 miles of gas in it when I left the lot but I didn't realize it until I had gotten on the interstate. It was after midnight and I had to find a gas station quickly in an unfamiliar town. It was a scary situation. I told the agent about the lack of gas when I returned the car but he seemed unconcerned about the issue. Returning the car was ok but the return shuttle to the airport was very slow and I almost missed my flight. I would not use this company again.

GBVery bad experience Very bad experience, very polite and good service to rent the car then after i returned the car in same conditions,i received a call that the radio on the nissan versa was broken,now i see all the bad reviews,wouldn't recommend
