FRAUDULENT company. Horrible customer service. RUDE STAFF. This company is a fraud. Please READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE using their service. They boldly lie to your face, strategically REFUSE your automobile insurance and PAD ON their own insurance daily charges. Very Horrible company and poor service. Average wait time for a shuttle is 25 Minutes. Total cost for rental of a cheap version of cars runs about $450 per week. BE WARNED

Orlando car rental Tenerife No directions as to where we were to meet the minibus to take us to the car hire centre (about 2 miles away from Tenerife south airport) after 1 hour waiting and ringing they finally arrived. Picked up in the oldest minibus I've seen in Tenerife. Grumpy driver. Arrived at the car hire centre in an underground garage, checked in and had to let the company swipe 650 euros from my credit card for insurance purposes (we had already paid £70 for the car hire in advance) lots of 5 + year old cars but we did get a brand new VW Polo! The car was excellent. Unfortunately they take a further 60 euros for fuel and say that you must use all the fuel as there are no refunds (total rip off) we used approximately 30 euros of fuel and tried to use it as much as possible! Did get the £650 back at the end of the trip but the car hire in reality cost us more than we actually expected! Wouldn't hire from them again!

Read basic instructions and you'll get a great deal I found a car in their Orlando rental center on Kayak for a 1/3 of the price I was seeing at the other car rental places. But the reviews were Beyond Bad. So I called them and asked why was that? Their reply was that people don't read the instructions. I think that must be true because I thought things went really well for me. On the phone I asked what was expected of me. I brought the original copy of my car insurance declaration, my Lic with current name and address, a copy of the agreed amount car reservation and my credit card. The place was attractive and clean there was even a coffee/snack bar in the lobby. The staff was polite at 6:30am even when my credit card was declined temporarily by my bank. They made me aware of all the options they had to offer, I declined, no pressure. The shuttle was fast pick up and drop off. Just make sure to put the same gas back in that you leave with. The gas stations aren't far so no problem. I will rent from them again if I get another great deal.

Total Rip off Do not use this company, dishonest business practices, hard sell on insurance, rude employees. I have used several companies in the past over the years and never come across such a band of dishonest people. I watched in horror as family after family would come to the counter and get rip off and say the same statement. ..l will never rent from this company and never come back to Central Florida again. Someone from State of Florida Travel Council, needs to investigate this company. It is giving bad name to tourism in central Florida. ..Walt Disney...Hello........

Owned and operated my mega-crooks This company is crookery at its worst. First, it took them an hour to pick us up from the airport, instead on 15-20 minutes they promised. Second, 2 hours past our reservation time they cancelled our Expedia reservation and offered a new rate, almost twice as high. Then, they included the whole bunch of hidden costs, like airport tax(what airport, they are miles away from the airport), vehicle license fee(car in Florida had Pennsylvania license plate), etc. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
