Get held hostage for double your quote!!!! STAY AWAY These people are criminals, I would pursue criminal charges if I wasn't Canadian. Never, under any circumstance rent from this company. I was forced to pay double my quoted price at the counter at midnight with my wife and 3 young children. We waited at MCO for an hour before hiring our own taxi for 22 dollars. Upon arrival was told we had to purchase 20 dollars a day insurance even though I have 3 party rental through my home vehicle insurance. So at 1am with 3 young children and a building full of Lebanese seemingly family members...... pay or else!!!! I hope these criminals die a terrible death!!!!

Bad experience The pick up location is off-site from the airport and it was very chaotic. My rental car has less than 7 miles of gas in it when I left the lot but I didn't realize it until I had gotten on the interstate. It was after midnight and I had to find a gas station quickly in an unfamiliar town. It was a scary situation. I told the agent about the lack of gas when I returned the car but he seemed unconcerned about the issue. Returning the car was ok but the return shuttle to the airport was very slow and I almost missed my flight. I would not use this company again.

Orlando car rental Tenerife No directions as to where we were to meet the minibus to take us to the car hire centre (about 2 miles away from Tenerife south airport) after 1 hour waiting and ringing they finally arrived. Picked up in the oldest minibus I've seen in Tenerife. Grumpy driver. Arrived at the car hire centre in an underground garage, checked in and had to let the company swipe 650 euros from my credit card for insurance purposes (we had already paid £70 for the car hire in advance) lots of 5 + year old cars but we did get a brand new VW Polo! The car was excellent. Unfortunately they take a further 60 euros for fuel and say that you must use all the fuel as there are no refunds (total rip off) we used approximately 30 euros of fuel and tried to use it as much as possible! Did get the £650 back at the end of the trip but the car hire in reality cost us more than we actually expected! Wouldn't hire from them again!

Bad, Bad Rental Car Place Bad, rude, charged us $1000.00 deposit even though they said when I purchased the insurance I did not have to pay that. Not nice car, many scratches. Big charges for what they said were missed tolls. Highest for any rental car places. Investigating their validity. No pictures of violations sent. Will report to Better business Bureau.
