Worst experience ever. It's a scam company Never rent car from Signature. Worst customer service. We hire car online and asked to bring proof of car insurance which I brought when picking up the car. They refused to accept the insurance document for no reason. another customer complained the same while I was there. I had no choice but to buy their coverage which was hundreds of dollars. Terrible experience.... please stay away from this company

TERRIBLE !! STAY FAR AWAY !! We were forced into accepting additional insurance, so our invoice was more than doubled over the initial reservation (550 $ instead of 240 $). After retouring the car, we had to pay additional 70 $, as they said we were not in time (we returned the car at 3 pm, and they said that the return time has to be 8 am, even if we agreed 6 pm in our reservation, which has been confirmed!!). We were threatened to pay the 70 $, it was horrible!! Stay far away from SIGNATURE rent a car in MIAMI !!

FRAUDULENT company. Horrible customer service. RUDE STAFF. This company is a fraud. Please READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE using their service. They boldly lie to your face, strategically REFUSE your automobile insurance and PAD ON their own insurance daily charges. Very Horrible company and poor service. Average wait time for a shuttle is 25 Minutes. Total cost for rental of a cheap version of cars runs about $450 per week. BE WARNED

If you have good vehicle insurance and one prepared this place is a bargain! I got my car through Just Fly and the day before leaving checked the reviews! I got ridiculously scared! Tons of reviews and only one star. I called the night before renting and expressed my concern. They told me as along as my insurance covered rental cars (which it does) and was stated on the declaration page I would be fine! It was a easy as that! I actually couldn't get my declaration page because of the weekend BUT I brought the documentation needed to show my coverage and it was super easy! In addition, Jose C. was super friendly, knowledgeable, and even helped add in a major upgrade for me! This is a deal folks if you have good insurance! Also use a major credit card! If you are lucky like we were you will happen to get in Jose C.'s line!

Crooks Crooks. Last night in Orlando -- this is an Insurance scam 45 minutes late for pick up at airport, taken 15 minutes away and basically held hostage to their scam. Their rental required insurance despite my credit card and personal policy coverage. It was twice as much as the daily rental rate, TRIPLING my rental rate. Pirates by any measure
